My parents have always stayed in when I lived in Ryde. It’s just super convenient and always so clean.

Cons:

Shame the ceiling lights weren’t working in my room during my stay. I didn’t say anything until check out because it was only one night for me to lay my head somewhere. But after I told the lady at the desk, then asked to purchase some soft drinks from reception, I would have expected her to have given them to me for free due to the light inconvenience but she made me pay. Maybe because I work in hospitality I just expected it would be the same somewhere else but guess not.

Very clean, loved the daily free coffe. Good location

Cons:

The reception was not easy to find when arriving from the parking area for the first time. Some exit doors were closed from the inside, and as it was nighttime, finding my way upstairs on my own was quite confusing and unsettling. Clearer and more visible signage would be very helpful for first-time guests, especially after dark.

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable (best sleep I've had in months) and the room very clean. Location across the road from the mall meant easy grocery shopping or meals out. One bus into the cbd which only takes 25minutes.
