Overall the 5 night stay was comfortable.
Pros:

Everything was good except the size of the room - see below. The free coffees were very welcome.

Cons:

For a room described as Deluxe Queen Studio it was very cramped, eg no room for bedside tables, although the bed was queen-sized.

Convinient, cosy, stocked with everything you need, good distance to shops and cbd, friendly staff.
Pros:

you had everything you needed e.g kettle, ironing board, large variety of soaps, plenty of towls, spare toilet paper, modest mini bar, tv, microwave, cutlery.

bed was soft and a extra pillow was handy to have either as a support cushion or extra. Location was really convinient next to a major shopping centre and multiple bus stops. 40 min bus ride to the cbd. Staff were nice. Parking was secure.

Cons:

Noise outside, fridge calibration sounds were a bit noisy at night, no carpet but that doesn't matter too much, would recommend to anyone to bring earplugs if they are sensitive to sound.

Across the Rd from top Ryde shopping centre. Buses to the city and Parrmatta 50 meters away.
Pros:

Great location at a reasonable price
Pros:

The studio apartment was very clean and well equipped with a large fridge, microwave, comfortable bed, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower with rainfall showerhead, and a balcony.

The studio is also very conveniently located directly next to the Top Ryde shopping mall that has a wide range of shopping options including a food court, ALDI, Woolworths and many more. Near the mall is also a few bus stops that service the city and Sydney Showgrounds making it simple to get to and from places.

Cons:

There were very few plates and bowls to use in the room, likely due to not having any cooking facilities (e.g., like a stove top) in the apartment.

The studio is located next to a main road, so some noise does leak into the room.

The towels in the bathroom were very thin and didn't dry well after being used once.

At check-in, a $50 deposit fee was charged, which I was not expecting.
