Price, location and value.
Pros:

Very clean, polite staff, great location, excellent rooms, top prices for walk ins, very secure with cameras everywhere, better than expected.

Cons:

Maybe the pool water could have been clearer.

Location was fantastic. Staff very friendly, rooms spotless.

Cons:

The deposit was a scam I think , stayed here twice and both times lost deposit, first time was for make up on towel
This time i lost my key card. Was going to leave deposit as a tip anyway. But they seem to look for reason to keep. Also the person who checked out before me lost his deposit for a missing towel.

Liegt gut, direkt neben Food Market.
Pros:

Mr. Moo, ein sehr gutes Restaurant direkt neben Hotel.
Frühstück Amerikansich, OK.
Bequeme Betten. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

1 Haar im Omlett war 1 Haar zuviel. Sonst alles gut.

Pros:

Approx 500 mts from the beach, in jomtien. 10 minutes on scooter from jomtien busy part, 15 mins to LK metro, soi bakhou etc.
There's a square right next to hotel with a lot of small bars and all the rest of the stuff.

Jomtien Beach kann man zu Fuss erreichen. Auf dem Dach gibt es einen kleinen Pool mit Sicht aufs Meer.

Cons:

Fuer die Zimmer Keycard muss 500 Baht deposit hinterlegt werden.
