Please note that the hotel can only be reached by aerial cableways from Kriens. The last ride is at 17:00 in summer and at 16:00 in winter. Please check the schedule in advance.

In summer, the hotel can also be reached by cogwheel train from Alpnachstad. Please check the schedule in advance.

The aerial cableways may be temporarily inoperable in case of strong winds.

The tickets for ascent and descent can be purchased at a discounted rate if you show your booking confirmation.

The à-la-carte restaurant is only open during the day.

Baby cots are only available upon request.

Please be aware that when booking more than 5 rooms or more than 5 people, different cancellation and prepayment policies may apply.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Wonderful stay and will be back
Pros:

Well maintained, friendly and professional staff from reception to restaurant, location is perfect, the nearby trail is stunning! Helpful tip: If you carry large 29 inch suitcase like me, you can drop it off at the valley station of the cable car (the walking path from bus to get there is slopy) and they’ll transport it to the hotel reception for free. When u leave, you can carry the luggage with you in the cogwheel train at the front! Or they can also transport down for you. Very convenient!

Cons:

I would appreciate if they provide bottled water in the room or a vending machine for late night snacks.

Belles prestations dans un lieu magique
Pros:

Situation exceptionnelle tout en haut du Pilatus, avec une vue grandiose sur les lacs et les montagnes alentour. Chambres modernes et spacieuses, dîner dans une grande et belle salle avec plusieurs plats et service de qualité (inclus dans le prix). Jolies balades à proximité. Personnel très aimable.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas eu bcp de chance avec le temps très nuageux et froid qui a un peu gâché l’expérience (pas la faute du Pilatus !). L’accès par téléphérique ou train est un peu contraignant (max 17h), mais ça ajoute au sentiment d’aventure ! Vins chers au dîner comme partout en Suisse

Spectacular views
Pros:

Spectacular views.
Rooms are clean and they have a large bathroom.
Dinner was very good, but the breakfast could be improved.
Bring a warm jacket and go up enjoy the sunset.
After the last train leaves around 6PM only the hotel guests remain there, and it's really a special moment. Great stay, thank you!
