Super Lage, aber an sich etwas zu teuer
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Das Preis leistungs Verhalten ist nicht gut. Finde es zu teuer, aber das ist wohl mittlerweile überall in Palma so. Leider. Sonst alles top. Check in /out Mega easy, wenn man sich vorher schon registriert hat. Das war sehr angenehm.

Pros:

Supergezellig ingericht. Perfecte locatie en aan alles was gedacht voor een paar dagen verblijf. Zelfs een paar tabs voor de wasmachine en afwasmachine! En de inrichting van het keukentje… brilliant! De slaapkamer riant met erg goed bed en een heerlijk dakterras! Goeie aanbevelingen voor restaurants en omgeving.

Cons:

Voor minder mobiele mensen en mensen die ‘s nachts naar de wc moeten is de trap naar beneden wel stijl.

skvělá poloha apartmánu blízko centra, výborná komunikace s majiteli, byli velmi vstřícní, možnost uschování kufrů před check-inem i po něm

Cons:

kuchyně byla malinká, ale na přípravu jednoduchého jídla to stačilo; hodily by se nějaké háčky na bundy u vstupních dveří

Na krátký pobyt jednoznačně výtězí likalita. Apartmán je čistý.

Lokalita, nové nádobí, čistota, pohodlná manželská postel, velký proud vody. Check in velmi rychlý a jednoduchý.

Cons:

Nepohodlný rozkládací gauč, vybavení apartmánu dobré, ale umístění spotřebičů nepraktické.

Highly recommend this property. Close to major sights and excellent bars, restaurants and bakeries for buying breakfast
Pros:

Fabulous roomy apartment in a lovely location. Excellent welcoming staff. Easy check in. Well equipped with washing machine, etc.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a safe but security seemed pretty tight

It was ok
Pros:

Located right in the centre. Penthouse room has a nice view from the upstairs terrace

Cons:

Check in from a machine, no staff available. Looks like a hotel but it’s just a building with several apartments.
The room is nice but too bad there too many fake plastic flower which gives a cheap look to it.

Heel mooi netjes schone appartement compleet voorzien.

Cons:

Parkeren is een aanrader bij het kathedraal, misschien handig om van te voren aan te geven waar je het beste kunt parkeren in de informatie.

Lovely modern property in an excellent location
Pros:

Clean, modern, great location with a nice courtyard included. Cleaning staff were friendly, space was small but well managed.

Cons:

Only issue for us was the very low wall on the mezzanine as the kids could essentially look over it from the bed.

Pros:

- Super central, best location ever
- Staff was very friendly

Cons:

- We had unit 3, it was super noisy. The window of the upper room faces the street, and every person passing by feels like they walk inside your room. People would walk by until early morning, laugh, shout, be on their phone. Cars, horse carriages and mopeds would drive by, expect to wake up a lot when you have a light sleep
- If guests enter through the heavy main iron gate, expect to wake up, also because the lights go on automatically and shine right into your bedroom
- The sofa bed in the upper floor is really not comfortable, beds on the lower floor are ok
- Toilet is quite awkwardly placed in the lower room what looks like a wardrobe, separated by a thin door.
- Overall the price is too high for that type of inconvenience
