Facilities what you would expect for price and location. Staff brilliant
Pros:

The reception team were extremely helpful, kind and friendly. They get 10/10.

The property was clean and what you would expect for student halls. There is also parking available at a reasonable daily rate which is a godsend in Brighton.

Cons:

Had some issues with editing my stay but I think that is more to do with booking.com

Pros:

A great place to stay. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and ideal for those who like to get out and about. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable.

Cons:

I wouldn't recommend this as a place for people who like to spend their days relaxing without going out, as the facilities aren't geared up for that kind of stay.

Clean, easy and fairly priced.
Pros:

Clean and friendly staff. Yasmin was so accommodating and helpful! Brilliant stay. Parking on site was also super helpful.

Pros:

ワールドカップのイングランド戦にも関わらず、学生寮のまわりはとても静かでした。(夏休み期間だからかも)部屋は意外と広く窓が大きくて快適です。スタッフもとても親切でした。wifiは部屋に貼ってあるID/PWではなく、ゲスト用のフリーWi-Fiで問題なく繋がりました。

Cons:

日本人的には、トイレとシャワーの床が繋がってる(シャワーの仕切りがなく、シャワーを浴びるとトイレ周りや洗面台周りまで床が濡れる)ことが残念でした。学生寮なので仕方がないですが。
シャワーの温度と水圧は問題ないですが、天井固定タイプのシャワーで壁に近いため、やや浴びづらかったです。

Great staff, good value, and as expected.
Pros:

The staff on reception were lovely during check-in and check-out, taking the time to clearly explain how the private parking worked, letting me check-in and park earlier than the declared time and then aided me in gaining access to the private parking once I was finished with my day hours after I had checked out.

Cons:

The wet room bathroom was awkward to use and there was no where to put a towel inside the bathroom. Additionally, the design of the blinds was awkward as it could not come down all the way, colliding with the chest of drawers and the slopped sill meant a lot of light still made it in below that lowest point while the blind dangled on the head of the bed.

I enjoyed my experience
Pros:

I've been before, so I knew what I was expecting. I've always enjoyed my stay here.

Cons:

Only one small complaint, which couldn't be helped, was the noise from the traffic, hot weather windows open.
