חדר עם שטיחים שכבר עבר הזמן שלהם , מקלחת כמו אכסניה , חדר אוכל היה עמוס , עם הגיע לחדר אוכל נאמר לי שאין מקום אז מה אני אמורה לעשות ? לא לאכול ? צריך מישהו בכניסה שינהל את חדר האוכל . כשיש תפוסה מלאה צריך להירשם לחדר אוכל בצורה מסודרת כדי לאפשר לכולם את השירות .

המיקום מעולה, הצוות אדיב מאוד, ארוחת הבוקר עשירה וטעימה. יש שמירת חפצים.
משפצים את הבניין ליד והכניסה למלון רועשת, המגבות קטנות ומרופטות.
התארחנו במלון בראש השנה הצוות בקבלה ובחדרי האוכל היה מקסים ושרותי, גם כשחסרו לנו מגבות הביאו תוך דקות ספורות ישר לחדר (הגענו לקבלה לבקש כי היה חג ולכן לא יודעת לענות על תלונות שראיתי בבוקינג על זה שלא עונים לטלפון). גם הגענו לשולחן קבלה עם שתיה חמה קרה וכיבוד, כנראה בגלל החג, כד שיכולנו להמתין בנחת בתור והילדים נרגעו רגע עם האוכל והשתיה. חדר האוכל בארוחת הבוקר היה פתוח מ 8:00 עד 13:00 כך שלא היה עומס (אנחנו הגענו אחרי התפילה ויש מי שהגיע בבוקר כך שלא הורגש עומס בכלל למרות שהייתה תפוסה מלאה). בארוחת הערב חיכה לכל משפחה שולחן עם השם שלה, ומגש יפה עם הסימנים לראש השנה כך שגם בהקשר הזה לא היה עומס בכלל והצוות היה ערוך לקבל אותנו, לפנות שולחנות ולמלא מגשי אוכל כל הזמן. המלון הזמין רב שיוביל את כל התפילות של ראש השנה, בחור צעיר ומקסים עם אישתו המהממת. שניהם היו סבלנים, נעימים מאוד ענו על שאלות והרב היה עם קול מדהים מה שהפך את כל חווית החג הרבה יותר טובה. בנוסף מיקום מעולה, פחות מ 10 דקות הליכה עד הרובע היהודי/המוסלמי, 25 דקות עד הכותל, במרכז צמוד לכל הבארים והחנויות. לגבי חניה זה מקום עמוס, אנחנו מצאנו חניה ברחוב אבל במלון יש חניון בקומה מינוס 1 בתשלום. לא יודעת להגיד על זה מחירים וכו.
החדרי משפחה מתאימים לכל היותר לזוג עם 1-2 ילדים, בגלל שאנחנו משפחה גדולה התפצלנו לשני חדרים, ואין דלת מקשרת לא יודעת אם זה משהו בכלל שהמלון יכול לתקן אבל באמת שחוץ מזה הכל היה מושלם. אגב אם יש דרך להוסיף דלת מקשרת זה יהיה ממש נחמד למשפחות גדולות.

אכזבה כי ביטלתי מסעדה בעקבות זה שלא מצאתי את המלון !!!

היה רעש מהבניה בבניין הסמוך.
היה רעש מהרחוב החיצוני.
בחדר האוכל היה מאוד צפוף בארוחת הבוקר. האוכל לא היה טעים.אין חביתות והביצים לא התקלפו ביומיים שהיינו.לא היו צלחות.
אין חניה ונאלצנו להסתובב הרבה עד שמצאנו משהו פנוי.
אין לובי מספיק לאורחים.
צוות קשוב, מיקום מעולה,למרות שמול המלון יש אתר בנייה.
חדר קטן ומיושן, ריח של ביוב במקלחת. שטיח עם כתמים, חדר אוכל על בסיס מקום פנוי ולכן בשעות העומס קשה למצוא מקום.
