Good and bad
Pros:

Staff amazing
Nice room

Cons:

Loud music banging all day with no place to escape. . Could even hear it from my room.
Completely let the holiday down.
Spoke to them several times. They would turn it down then gradually the DJ would turn it up.
Wasn't suitable for the guests that were there being couples and families.

Spacious Room, Great Food, but Disappointing Entertainment
Pros:

We were given an upgraded room with two levels, which was very spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the noise from the neighbouring room. The wooden staircase in the next room was located right against our shared wall and creaked terribly whenever our neighbours used it, both during the day and at night. The noise was so loud that it even woke us up during the night.
The food was plentiful and delicious, especially the Moroccan tagines. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to and from the city, with one round trip included free of charge.
However, if you stay for fewer than four days, access to the à la carte restaurant is not included in the price, and unfortunately, it is not possible to purchase this option separately.
We particularly liked one of the entertainment staff members, who was the only person providing activities consistently throughout the day - darts.

Cons:

We were extremely disappointed with the children’s entertainer, who worked only once during our four-day stay, despite the advertised schedule stating that activities should take place twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. The doors were always locked, making it difficult even to access the children’s area.
The only way to reach the outdoor children’s swings was through the gym, by opening the doors yourself. The indoor children’s play area was available for use for only around one hour during our entire four-day stay.
The hotel also displayed a schedule of activities that were supposed to take place throughout the day, but most of them never happened. During our four-day stay, the only activities we actually experienced were darts on a few occasions and morning water aerobics in the pool.
Overall, the room, food and city shuttle service were good, but the lack of organised entertainment and the extremely limited availability of the children’s facilities were a major disappointment, especially for a family travelling with children.

Pros:

Le personnel toujours aux petits soins, gentils, serviable, attentionnés. Le séjour a était un régal grâce à eux, toujours le sourire et la bonne humeur.

Cons:

On nous a refusé de monter dans la navette car nous avions une valise cabine, la seule réponse du chauffeur était un non sans vouloir donner plus d'explication.
Le buffet pourrait être plus varié avec beaucoup plus de plat traditionnel

Séjour globalement agréable. L’établissement mérite d’être au top, surtout au vu du prix payé.
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse et agréable, mais la propreté laisse à désirer. La gestion des serviettes de douche est également mal organisée et mériterait d’être améliorée.

Cons:

Une personne à la réception s’est montrée peu professionnelle. Sa manière de s’adresser aux clients manque de respect et de professionnalisme : elle leur parle comme si elle s’adressait à des amis autour d’un café. Une attitude plus professionnelle et courtoise serait appréciable.
