Questions go unanswered, and every request seems to be met with a dismissive attitude. They seem completely unmotivated, and everything gets switched off instead of making guests feel welcome. The owner needs to know how badly this affects the guest experience.

Location, door man was very kind.

Cons:

Very dark rooms. No body wash. Sneaky extra cost for breakfast. I assumed it was part of the nightly cost, not $25 a day added to the bill.

La ubicación tuve que buscarla casi una hora con GPS, las almohadas apestan a saliva , te piden una garantia de 150 dolares, te ofrecen estacionamiento y luego dice que tien3s qué pagar por estacionamiento 57 dolares, uffff no había ni una botella de agua , realmente decepcionante!!! La puerta cerrada y nadie en la entrada pendiente a la puerta tuve que esperar 15 minutos para que unas personas entraran y yo poder ingresar. La recepción en el piso 9 y cero información ya que no hay nadie en la entrada.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable (hard mattress you could feel the springs) For t he cost of staying here you would think they would have better beds.Room was really small which didnt help with my claustrophobia. Paid for breakfast included with stay which was horrible. Waitress took forever to take order and there were only 4 other customers there. Food took forever to get to the table ( over 1 hour, blt-e croissant bacon was barely cooked, steak and eggs steak was ordered med rare but was served so undercooked it was blue not med rare).

Very Disappointing Customer Service
I never received my invoice, and the way the hotel handled this issue was extremely frustrating.

When I checked out, the hotel staff told me that the invoice would be sent to my email. However, I never received it. I followed up by both email and phone, but instead of resolving the issue, I was repeatedly told that I had to contact Booking.com to obtain the invoice.

Their Booking.com said: "Only the property can provide an invoice for your completed stay. Contact them directly." https://partner.booking.com/en-us/help/payments-payouts-invoices/guest-payments/sending-guest-invoices

Cambria tu destino para disfrutar Chicago caminando

Excelente ubicación, el personal muy amable

Cons:

La cocina era lenta, no era mala, pero d se notaba que faltaba personal. El personal muy amable siempre. En mi habitación el sonido del aire acondicionado estaba al lado de mi cama y era extremadamente fuerte y no paraba de sonar en toda la noche

Decent enough hotel at great location
Pros:

Clean room on arrival
Good bed
Great location
Room ready a bit before checkin time and allowed 1h extension for checkout

Cons:

At checkin, we asked for room service on one of the days we were there but no one came.
Lobby in 9th floor (vs ground floor) is inconvenient if you want to stop by lobby to speak to someone on your way out
Sink with only hot water coming out, and thin stream. Asked for someone to fix and they either did not come or were not able to fix but I got no feedback.
Hotel entrance, lobby, hallways etc were quite bare and not on par with prices.
