Perfect Theater Companion
Pros:

James and Howard are both nice welcoming door men. James gave us a lot of recommendations of the best local restaurants & to visit the water walk area. The room was clean & the beds slept well. Shower got hot quickly and had good pressure. I chose this hotel because of its location by the Broadway theater and we will see Kinky Boots tomorrow. Location is close to everything!

Excellent location
Pros:

This hotel was 10/10. Excellent location to our event and not to far from other attractions. Parking was a breeze and check in was very easy. Staff was very friendly. I would stay here again!

Pros:

It is a non-smoking hotel but your room will likely have the smell/presence of cigarette smoke that seems to come through the vents. The response from staff was basically ‘there’s nothing we can do, get over it’. That is probably true, so just keep that in mind if you are sensitive to smoking. Trash tends to pile up in certain main areas which suggests a lack of overall cleanliness.

Good location to theater district

Cons:

Wasn’t the cleanest facility, from ground floor entrance to lobby. Needed a sweep. Overall room was clean except the hair on the makeup towel.

Ottima posizione, ben collegato anche con i mezzi pubblici. Pulizia della camera effettuata giornalmente, staff gentile e disponibile.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Die Zimmer sind gross und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Alle sind superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Parkhaus ist leicht zu finden, gleich um die Ecke, 3 Minuten zu Fuss.
Wir haben bei Abreise unser Gepäck zu Fuss zur Parkgarage gebracht, das ist kein Problem. Klar ist es nicht billig, aber in der Innenstadt ist das so

Perfect location for theater, transportation and convenience
Pros:

Ideal location in "The Loop" and in the Theater District, very easy access to public transit (bus and train), just two blocks from Riverwalk, many local restaurants and retailers (e.g. Walgreens, Target). Room clean and sufficient size. King-sized bed was comfortable. Large bathroom shower. Appropriate size TV, sufficient number of outlets/ports for electronics. Efficient/reliable room service.

Cons:

Would have been good to have luggage rack in room.
