Convenient, comfortable stay in heart of Chicago
Pros:

Very convenient to train from the airport, getting off at Washington stop accross the road. Also easy walk two streets up for bus to the United Center for out concert.

Cons:

The drain plug in bath was slightly blocked, so water builds in bath whilst having a shower. It eventually drained away after about 30 min

Terrific hotel in the heart of the Theater District Loop
Pros:

Beautiful spacious room with lots of light. Comfortable bed and very quiet. Friendly and efficient staff. Good food in the restaurant. The doormen were very nice and helpful as well. Close to the Art Institute of Chicago which was important to me.

Cons:

No complaints. Everything was great.
