A good spot in the loop but it felt overpriced for what it was

The location is great-right near theaters, parks, restaurants

Cons:

Lobby on the 9th floor; had to call to ask for room to be cleaned (after requesting it at check in); coffee pods/cups/supplies not replaced during cleaning; air conditioning in the hallways was freeeeezing!!

Let us down with cancling the breakfast on Saturday due no one to cook! Couldn't believe it for 4 stars hotel
Limited breakfast $25 per person also was cooled previously and heated up (bacon)
The desk in the room was dirty under the glass.

Perfect oasis in vibrant Chicago.
Pros:

I literally loved everything about this hotel. The staff was wonderful; including an especially the bar tender. The location was ideal. Most importantly, the room was beautiful. I wish I could have spent more time IN the room. Even recommended Cambria Chicago North Loop - Theater District to my friends and family. Would definitely stay there again.
