Not good at all.
Pros:

The location, it is right at the center of everything. Across the hotel is a big mall. Everything is in there and a lot of food choices nearby.

Cons:

The room looks creepy and old. The bed was not comfortable at all. The AC in our room is not working well. I woke up in the middle of the night sweating.

員工服務非常好，很親切，會願意配合我的語言使用翻譯機溝通
講解也特別有耐性，不會因為語言隔閡敷衍
餐廳氣氛也不錯，房間內有微波爐可以使用很方便
地理位置距離地鐵站非常近

Cons:

一樓出入口晚上11點後就關門了，沒有門衛，需要房卡刷進出
但是報到櫃檯在9樓
如果是晚上超過11點才能入住的旅客很不友好，需要等在外面求助路過進出的旅客幫忙開門才能順利報到...
訂房網站也沒有寫到這個問題，要是沒有留意會找不到報到大廳而感到慌張

Could be a little cleaner

I love the location. I like the layout of the room. It just needs to be a little more clean

Cons:

There were stains on the walls and the curtains. The bathroom overall was clean, but it needs to be deep cleaned.

Gros problème de ménage des chambres. Il a fallu que j’insiste pour ne pas avoir un ménage toutes les 3 nuits !

Great place to stay - clean and comfortable!
Pros:

I was surprised by how quiet our room was since we were in the heart of the Theater District. Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn't great so I would skip the breakfast package next time. There are so many places nearby to grab food. I also didn't care for the 150.00 damage deposit...but I guess that is to be expected.
