I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

1. Good location - the shopping mall is just across the street.
2. City Centre is in walking proximity (~15-20 minutes).
3. Very good breakfast.

Pros:

Localização estratégica para quem irá aproveitar os passeios turísticos , hotel acolhedor, decoração agradável, atendimento ótimo desde a recepção aos serviços do restaurante e governança. Café da manhã com excelente apresentação e variedades.

Cons:

Não pudemos aproveitar a área externa do hotel.

No geral, a experiência foi positiva, principalmente pela localização e conforto do quarto

Hotel muito bem localizado, com o Shopping JL em frente, o que facilitou bastante nossa estadia e deslocamentos. O quarto era amplo, com espaço suficiente para acomodar nossos pertences e ficar confortáveis. A cama é grande e muito confortável, o chuveiro é excelente e a limpeza diária foi satisfatória. O café da manhã é bom, dentro do esperado.

Cons:

Como ponto de melhoria, destaco o ar-condicionado durante os dias frios. No período em que me hospedei, o quarto ficou muito gelado e fomos informados de que o aparelho apenas resfriava, sem opção de aquecimento. Além disso, havia apenas duas cobertas, uma para cada hóspede, que eram finas e pequenas para a temperatura do período. Acabamos sentindo bastante frio durante as noites.

Cons:

no heating during winter
often we had to ask for basic things like towels, soap etc
maid one day took all our soap and didn’t leave any new ones, same with the towels the next day. After that the cleaning person left the AC on at 19C, in a very cold day and our AC had no heating.
Blankets were dirty too.

Pros:

Good location. comfy beds and okay shower. Breakfast spread was good. A nice mall right across the street. The first room had a leak in the bathroom faucet and flooding and they gave us a room change immediately.

Cons:

The air conditioning was very noisy.

Cuidado ao escolher o andar !
Pros:

Localização excelente, no centro e em frente a um shopping com ótimo supermercado. Café da manhã e restaurante muito bons.
Staff do restaurante muito atencioso.

Cons:

Increditavelmente, o hotel possui andares aquecidos e outros frios, ou seja, o hóspede tem que escolher se quer passar calor ou frio durante toda a hospedagem !!! Extremamente desconfortável não poder regular a temperatura, pois o aparelho do quarto funciona somente como aquecedor ou resfriando em cada andar !! Não faz nenhum sentido ! Além disso, o recepcionista não falou nada e nos colocou no andar que "aquecia" e tivemos que trocar após já instalados.
As toalhas são muito finas, não condizentes com o nível do hotel.
O serviço de quarto era ineficiente, a cada dia faltando repor um item (piso, lençol, etc)
