Property was not I expected loud noise from vehicles passing thru and the worst the air condition was making a loud noise ended up pulling the plug so I could catch up some sleep. Buffet breakfast was ok to the person in charge kindly check your plates and coffee cups there’s chip on it not hygienic.

Room was spacious and clean; breakfast was sumptuous!
The staff in the reception charged me twice because the machine was not working properly. They didn’t refund me until now.
They said they will refund in 10 business days but it’s almost a month already has passed. I tried to ring them but the one who answered me said they will ring me after hours as she will ask an update from someone.
The position of the hotel
We saw a live mouse in our room 2 different times.
We called reception, they sent their people.But Suddently they didn't catch it.
I can understand, but this can not happen in hotel room like that.
The lack of prior notice that they're shutting off electricity between 1-4am, severely disturbing my sleep, especially amidst extremely hot weather. The noise from vehicles outside is unbearable.
