Will stay if there is improvement
Pros:

Property not very good because the antenna was not working to watch television until than call help. Then the aircon look quite old and it seems will not working well, it will take time for cooling

Overall okay okay only.
Pros:

The room was clean, the heater and aircond working fine. The staff was accommodating and gave options to choose which floor I want the room to be.

Cons:

The area is towards the end of the road and too quiet. Hence feel less secured to park the car.
