Just sad. I book for 2 nights but I ended up checked out few hours after checked in :(

Dear Montana Management,

I would like to express my concern regarding an incident that happened during my stay at your hotel/studio today 20/5/2026 at 1pm. I’m shaking when writing this email.

I had booked the room for 2 days and was resting in the room when staff member suddenly entered using the access code. As a female guest, this incident made me feel extremely scary and unacceptable. The person then asked me when I would be checking out, and I informed him that my booking was until tomorrow before he left.

This incident is extremely concerning as:

*My booking details should have clearly shown that I was still checked in.

*A staff member or any individual should not be able to enter an occupied room without proper verification or prior notice.

*My privacy and sense of safety were seriously affected.

I would appreciate an explanation on how this happened and what actions will be taken to ensure such incidents do not happen again to other guests in the future.

PLEASE TREAT THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY AS GUEST PRIVACY AND SECURITY SHOULD ALWAYS BE A PRIORITY.
