I would stay here again! Very nice hotel.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and nice! The owner's son was so helpful and kind. He told me about different attractions and things to do in Chiang Mai. He speaks English very well!

Thanks to staff, would stay here again.
Pros:

We had a great stay here, thanks to the amazing customer Service. We mentioned we were having trouble getting a rental car, boom, one is delivered to the hotel the next morning at 30% lower cost than the airport rentals. I asked if they knew anyone who did alterations, boom, I get the sleeves expertly cut off my dress and hemmed for ฿60. My husband mentioned we were leaving at 5:15 AM the next morning, boom, a gentleman is waiting for us at the front desk the next morning with two beautifully packed take away breakfasts. Just lovely!
There are ample markets and facilities, just a couple of blocks down. If you are a tourist, there isn’t a whole lot of interest in this area. We were staying here in order to drive north to Chiang Dao and the sticky waterfalls. Worked out brilliantly.

Cons:

No Smart tv.

Great convenient location just outside of downtown Chiang Mai - very close to the mall with many food options and shopping. Good breakfast and super friendly staff.

Cons:

Nothing - it was great.

Pros:

Absolutely amazing staff! The manager calls you by name, makes sure you’re well taken care of. The rooms are well kept, spacious and the balcony overlooks the mountains. The area is great , not a lot of tourists but only 15 minutes to old city by taxi. Rumochuk mall is in walking distance with many street vendors every night. The breakfast is handmade every morning and is excellent. Don’t forget to ask about the elephant sanctuary.

Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Pros:

Goede lokatie voor als je bijvoorbeeld op doorreis bent naar.het noorden va Thailand. Ruime kamer, goed bed, prima schone douche en van de drukke weg merk je niets omdat de kamers aan de achterkant van het hotel liggen. Vriendelijk personeel en goede parkeergelegenheid.

Cons:

Het aanbod van een westers ontbijt was zeer beperkt.

Pros:

I had an amazing stay in this hotel, clean room,convenient location,short walk to a market, and the staff , Noon were very attentive,the owner of the hotel:Sakon,help me plan my short stay so I could visit the best temple and Markets. I will definitely book in this hotel again.

Персонал потрясающий, вежливый, заселили нас рано, в 8 утра, это было очень приятно🙏, ведь мы были уставшие, приехали из Бангкока на автобусе.
Девушка и парень нам помогли с доставкой и оплатой из Лазады, в приложении и поговорили с доставщиком, в итоге он доставил нам посылку, мы впервые воспользовались приложением, огромное Вам спасибо 🙏
Номер чистый, просторный, кровать огромная, большое окно с видом на домики местных и балкон. В номере есть всё, что нужно, убирали каждый день 😌
Вода 2 бутылки каждый день, мыло, шампунь, полотенца всё меняется, чистое!
Очень скоростной лифт, не чувствуешь его, быстрый.
Завтрак шведский стол, кофе машина, молет зёрна, превосходно💗
Своя прачечная, одежду постирали.
Есть рынок рядом со всякой едой, и мини ТЦ, цены отличные.
Только до квадрата 4-5 км.
