Pros:

The smell in the ground floor/receptionist is really nice.
Good water pressure in toilet.

Cons:

The toilet is not very clean. I can see the dirt in the bathroom walls. Its kind of disturbing. Overall is nice, but i just really picky about bathroom cleanliness.

The bed is comfortable and aircond is doing the job to cool the room

The sitting toilet leaked water and its disturbing a little, the pillow is not to comfortable but what to do, its fine
