Комфортные и чистые номера, персонал
Серая постель ( синтетика) ,шум с окна ( кафе под окном ,до позна орущие голоса)
Мы оставили косметичку, позвонили персоналу ..но нам её так и не вернули ((((
Огромный номер, очень чисто, было всё необходимое в номере, вода, чайник, чай-кофе, туалетные принадлежности, фен. Тихий район. Успели попариться в спа. Бассейн с чистой водой. Завтрак на выбор из 4 меню. В общем мы довольны. Спасибо!

Прекрасный персонал на ресепшен! Молодые вежливые и приветливые ребята , они всегда готовы помочь с любым вопросом.
Номера просторные .
Бассейн, сауны, тренажерный зал (профессиональный старший тренер Бауржан , отдельная благодарность ему за работу).
Уборка проводится только если ее попросить , и в целом, отель требует мелкого ремонта , здание, как и мебель не новые.
Удаленность от аэропорта и центра города.
Завтраки здесь порционные, это не шведский стол.(есть четыре варианта завтраков).

Gekochter Eier aus dem Kühlschrank, versprochene Marmelade und Butter Fehlanzeige. Jogurt müßte man fragen.
