Parking is free of charge and unlimited at the top end of Warwick Park. This is a 10-minute walk to the hotel. Luggage may be dropped off at reception before parking.

Great location and clean hotel
Over priced for what it is. Very standard decor!
The staff are very welcoming and very attentive.
The hotel is very well presented and clean.
The bar in the main hotel is staffed by the reception.
As they aren't trained bar staff, there is confusion on how to make drinks, and the drinks selection is very limited.

Would NOT recommend this hotel. We had issues with our stay, which we tried to raise with staff, also by handing over a feedback form to reception, and leaving an email and telephone number , and still no response from the hotel. I followed up with an email once I got home, and a week later, still no response. We paid £300 a night for a room with bathroom issues. Tepid water, one towel . No bathmats. A shower that sprayed water everywhere. It was actually slippy and dangerous as the bathroom floor was tiled. The staff were young and I would guess not trained in hospitality or how to deal with complaints. It wasn't the luxury experience you would hope for.
The hotel is very good, clean, and comfortable.
A minor downside is that there are some areas with short staircases (about 3–4 steps), which makes carrying luggage inconvenient. Another drawback is the loud music and noise from people on Saturday night, which continued until after 1 a.m. and was quite disturbing.
Location is great and parking was easy.

Lovely hotel in a great location would highly recommend
The hotel was very clean and tea making facilities were great. Staff were friendly - in the evening the bar staff were very attentive. The bed was very comfortable and the bathriom had such a luxurious feel about it. The hotel was quite good value for money but diisappointed not to have breakfast included.
I didn't like or realise that breakfast was not included in the price.
Excellent location for access to the town, friendly and very helpful staff always with a smile. We will look forward to visiting again.

De parkeerplaats was rommelig en niet direct bij het hotel. Het was niet duidelijk waar je kon stoppen om bagage uit te laden.

bathroom was a unacceptable. Tepid water so not hot enough for comfortable showers ..water going everywhere as shower screen too short, had to request towels and bath mats. £300/night isnt cheap but we booked it for a treat. We had better showers on a campsite the following night

Location is good. Building looks good and very well maintained. Very clean.
Booked this as a premium Hotel with premium rooms. Room was small with TV not located well. Bathroom was a type of wet room which are never the best. Breakfast was a shambles with poor service and quality of breakfast simply not good enough. Had to pay the Hotel separately for Parking which was a short walk away. Overall very disappointed with this Hotel, it should have been a premium experience but was far from it.
Booked this hotel very disappointed in the service we got for the price ( £250 ) for the night
Didn’t realise that there was a wedding going on, on the same day as out stay should have been told when booking because of noise from the wedding
Not clear on the web site about booking car park which you have to pay £12 for on top of your booking
No soap in bathroom to clean your hands and room didn’t look that clean
Room wasn’t ready when we turn up it says on web site you can get into your rooms from 3 pm not impressed at all

Only problem was whilst staff were lovely some language problems and we asked for towel rail in bathroom to be turned off and clearly they didn’t understand or report it minor issues but it was a very warm weekend
