The Belle Rive Boutique Hotel

The Belle Rive was such a pretty hotel on the banks of the Mekong river. The staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and full of character. The restaurant was just across the road right on the river bank and it was excellent. The food was delicious. We ate breakfast and dinner there with no complaints. We went on a complimentary sunset river cruise and were given a drink of our choice to enjoy. All in all I would highly recommend this beautiful little hotel.

It is a beautiful small hotel overlooking the river. The rooms were Very spacious and comfortable. The staff are delighted and spoke excellent English and couldn't have been more helpful. The restaurant was on the side of the river and again the food was delicious. The breakfast was very good and plentiful.
The evening river cruise was included with our room and was so lovely.
It was our 2 nd visit to The Belle Rive and we would come back again.

３泊したのですが、メコン川を眺めながら色々と食べれたので飽きもこず、皆喜んでいました。
また、毎日Village Cat（いわゆる地域猫）がレストランに遊びに？来ていて、我々を接客（笑）してくれてました。

We loved staying at Belle Rive. The staff were lovely, the location was perfect, the room was large, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. As it was low season, they upgraded us to a room with a balcony. Whenever we had a question or needed something, there was someone there to help us. We enjoyed the free sunset boat tour, even though it was overcast and we didn't see the sunset. We also liked riding their bikes all around Luang Prabang.

The breakfast restaurant staff were excellent.

A great place to stay in Luang Prabang. My room had a view of the river. The location is convenient to walk to nearby temples, restaurants, and cafés.
The staff are absolutely amazing. I had forgotten an important item in the hotel lobby after checking out and was already waiting at the train station. A quick phone call was all it took for them to hand deliver the forgotten item to me before I departed the city.

Great breakfast overlooking the river. Local products were included in breakfast choices which we were excited about. Staff and service was impeccable.

L hotel est merveilleusement situé le long du Mékong, les chambres très agréables et spacieuses, le petit déjeuner excellent, le yahourt au fruit de la passion frais un délice. Personnel aux petits soins … nourriture excellente, on recommande le porc cuit dans la feuille de banane et le ceviche. Nous avons passé 3 nuits délicieuses dans cet hôtel, un sans faute. Très calme malgré la route en contre bas (*****) merci et bravo à toute l équipe !

We had the great pleasure of staying at the Belle Rive for just over a week and couldn’t have been more pleased. I’m not sure I have much more new to add to other reviews, but wanted to echo the superlatives! The location facing the Mekong on the quiet end of town was perfect and the entire property evoked a particular charm that we very much enjoyed. We felt like we stepped back to a more gentle place in time. The staff was gracious, welcoming, and invested in ensuring guests enjoyed their experience, and Somphone in the front office especially went out of his way to look after us. We are very appreciative to him and the entire team for such a lovely stay, and we can’t wait to return!! Many thanks!!

Excellent choice, fresh food, excellent service

Wonderful quiet location with a delightful view. The restaurant for breakfast was across the street on the river with great food, very good service, and so very peaceful! Loved it!

The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of food. Dinner was a romantic view of the Mekong River. The location is beautiful, close to the center of Luang Prabang. We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. I would recommend it to my friends.
