I wish every hotel was like this one
Pros:

I was so sad to leave this hotel.
It’s exceptional. The room is clean and comfortable, the onsen has 1 interior bath, 1 exterior bath, 1 cold bath and a sauna (one onsen for men, one for women, each having all of those baths). In the morning you can get free Yakult and at night you can get free ice popsicles and free ramen after 21:00
On top of that the staff is so nice and welcoming.
It’s amazing. Can't recommend it enough!!

Cons:

My family really enjoyed the room, breakfast, and hot spring so much. The service from staff was excellent. The only thing that could be improved is that there is no elevator in the parking lot. It was really difficult to carry down several big suit cases from the fourth floor of the parking lot through stairs without the elevator.

Pros:

L’hôtel est situé dans le quartier le plus animé de Miyazaki. Les bus qui vont et viennent de la gare s’arrêtent devant et en face de l’hôtel.
La chambre est spacieuse, à l’entrée un emplacement permet de ranger ses bagages, avec une étagère et dizaine de cintres pour disposer ses vêtements. Ensuite une lavabo avec dessous un rangement avec bouilloire et tasses, un réfrigérateur contenant une bouteille d'eau et une gelée de fruit offerte en bienvenue. En faxe une porte s’ouvre sur une douche et un WC. Ensuite une seconde pièce , séparée du vestibule par une porte coulissante, contient un bureau, un fauteuil, une télé et bien sûr un ́lit. La porte coulissante permet de ne pas entendre les bruits éventuels du couloir ou du réfrigérateur ( celui-là n’en faisait pas).
L’onsen au 12e étage est bien fait avec deux bassins : un intérieur, un extérieur , un bassin d’
eau froide, (vraiment froide) et un sauna. Au même étage on peut manger une glace offerte de 15 à 1h ou une boisson entre 5h et 10h. Au rdc un bol de ramen de soja est offert entre 21h30 et 23h00 ( vraiment bon). . C’est la première fois depuis que je voyage que je vois autant de prestations mises en œuvre pour le bien être du client sans être un hôtel hors de prix . Merci pour ce séjour .

Cons:

Je n’aime pas trop les machines mises à l’entrée qui nécessitent qu’on fasse soi-même l’enregistrement. Le personnel m’a aidé puisque la machine au départ était en japonais puis ,est repassé de l’anglais au japonais. Je trouve cela dommage car, même si on ne parle pas la même langue, c'est facile de s’aider avec les applications de traduction. Toutes ces machines font perdre de la convivialité et du relationnel c'est trés dommageable. Le personnel était par ailleurs très serviable.

普通かな
Pros:

館内は清潔で、スタッフの対応も満足のいくものでした。温泉はアルカリ質のスベスベで肌に優しそうでした。
館内の空調がちょうど良く、ベットも上質なものがセットされていたので良く眠れました。

Cons:

私は1人で滞在したのて、安い部屋に泊まったため、、部屋が狭く窮屈に感じました、ソファーが無かったのが残念です。
