Proche de la Petite Venise et de ses excellents WISTUB !
Pros:

La localisation dans Colmar près de la Petite Venise (5mns à pieds) Petit déjeuner agréable, et service souriant et disponible.
La taille de la chambre sympathique.

Cons:

Le parking de l'établissement payant 20 euros/jour, excessif alors qu'il appartient à l'établissement. Pas de prises électriques en tête de lit, un détail mais qui a son importance. Ménage incomplet, salle de bain non faite, réservé pour un couple, le deuxième jeu de serviettes était avec le coffre fort, le 2e jour, il y avait une serviette en moins et plus de tapis de bain.....et pas de réassort de papier toilette. Mais la pauvre gouvernante semblait être seule, ceci explique cela, en revanche, elle était très agréable.
Le personnel de l'accueil est visiblement très occupé à débriefer entre elles/ils puisque ni un bonjour, ni un bonsoir en passant devant elles/ils, dommage pour un établissement qui se veut haut de gamme. Une bouteille d'eau d’accueil pour votre séjour (le premier jour) donc mieux vaut ne venir qu'un jour, car le 2e jour la bouteille vous est facturée 6 euros.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé près du centre ville (5mint) et écart du bruit du centre ville. Excellente petit déjeuner. Chambres très spacieuse lit très confortable.

Cons:

Manque de communication à la réception. C'était la première fois que je séjournais dans un hôtel écologique, j'aurais donc apprécié être informée dès mon arrivée qu'il fallait demander les peignoirs et les bonnets à la réception. Ce n'est pas une question de prix, mais cela nous aurait évité des allers-retours. .

Pros:
