overall good. Had better experiences definitely.
Pros:

The view to certain rooms is great, which was the highlight of the hotel. The facility is in a great location. Could make more sense for couples, less for families or bigger groups.

Cons:

They made a mistake with the family when they arrived and they put them in worse rooms, which happens, and there I would expect a partial refund for the mistake, as we paid more for the better rooms, and they described it as "we are lucky they had these rooms" and claimed they gave us "bigger rooms" (which we didn't need or requested)

Krásný pobyt na Krete v Almare
Pros:

Nakonec jsme meli sea view pokoj,prostorný,čistý,personál mily,fén,lednice,poměrně velka manželská postel složená ze dvou lůžek a dobre bylo ze nebyla mezera mezi nimi,coz nam pomohlo,aby spal mezi nami syn,..přistýlka pro dceru pohodlná,polštáře docela vysoké tak jsme raději meli mensi a nižší doplnkove. Na polopenzi (i do bazenu)jsme chodili vedle do hotelu par metru,vse ok,snídaně stejne po dobu pobytu,ale člověk si mohl vybrat a různé kombinovat,večeře výběr plus střídání,jídlo poměrně dobre. Recepce -check in/out ve vedlejším hotelu Sunset, vse bez problémů,hezky bazen a bar,terasa pro snidane a vecere,skluzavka na hrani pro deti,toalety a sprchy k dispozici nedaleko bazenu, bezva zprostředkování řeckého vecera (odvoz/dovoz do mista),.. plaz u hotelu,smer doleva moc hezká malá písečná pláž pro deti, smer vic do prava -vic kamenů,nebo mix písek s kameny,nebo hrubozrny písek.. městečko hezké,všude mozne taverny,gyros,nebo supermarket.Libilo se nam.

Cons:

Ocenili bychom deštníky-slunečníky na půjčení na plaz (kupovali jsme si nas a nechávali ho pak na recepci)..
Ocenili bychom kdybychom mohli mit pro snídani i večeři rezervovaný stůl (bylo nas 6 osob a tak velké stoly byly 3 venku na terase, sedali si k nim bohuzel i lidé pouze ve 2 a tim pak nevychazelo misto pro naši velkou skupinu a nechtěli jsme se u jídla rozdelovat-stačilo by aby využívali cedulky pro kolik osob to je ci to nejak korigovat personál)..

酒店位置非常棒，就在海边上，我们定了两个房间，店家给我们安排了相对私密的两个相邻房间，还帮我们升级了其中的一个房间，房间的露台很大，面朝大海，风景棒极了！房间很干净，泳池在隔壁不远的日落酒店，很大很干净！

Πολύ εύκολα να το βρείτε. Υπάρχει και παρκονκγ. Ευγενικό προσωπικό

Cons:

Μας δώσανε άλλο δωμάτιο, όχι αυτό που κλείσαμε. Δεν υπήρχε πυστολακι στο μπάνιο. Ούτε σαμπουνι,σαμπουαν και τλπ.η τιμη που πληρώσαμε περιμέναμε κάτι καλύτερο. Κρίμα διαβάσαμε πολύ καλά σχόλια, είδαμε πολύ όμορφες φωτογραφίες αλλά στην πραγματικότητα......Για να πας στην θάλασσα θέλει λίγο υπομονή. Το μόνο ευχαριστώ έχει πολύ καλή μόνωση και δεν ακούγεται φασαρία καθόλου από έξω.

Vyjímečné ubytování hned u moře,apartmán s terasou s výhledem na moře každý den uklízí.Snídaně a večeře bohaté a jídla každý den obměňují.

Pros:

Porodican hotel na obali mora prelep za svaku preporuku. Osoblje fantasticno,sobe ciste prostrane. Hrana odlicna veliki izbor svaki dan i za svaki ukus. Mediteranska- Grcka kuhinja je raznolika i ukusna 😀
Blizu aerodroma i glavnog grada Heraklio.
Ostali smo jednu noc.... kratko ali slatko ...
Doci cemo opet ali na duzi period dana !!!
