O hotel é maravilhoso! Nossa estadia foi excelente do início ao fim. Fomos muito bem recebidos, com uma equipe extremamente educada e atenciosa. O quarto estava limpo, confortável e muito bem organizado, e todas as informações foram passadas de forma clara.

O café da manhã é incrível, com grande variedade de opções, além de alguns itens servidos diretamente na mesa, como café e pão de queijo, o que torna a experiência ainda mais especial.

O único ponto que me incomodou foi a acústica entre os quartos. Não se ouvia praticamente nada da rua, porém era possível escutar os passos do quarto de cima durante a noite. Para quem tem sono leve, isso pode ser um pequeno inconveniente.

Fora esse detalhe, tudo foi sensacional. Tivemos uma ótima experiência e certamente voltaremos!

Um hotel 5 estrelas não ter água disponível no quarto, pelo menos uma garrafa por dia por hóspede é o mínimo e cobrar as cápsulas de café do quarto achei absurdo
