Very pleasant overall with a few niggles
Pros:

Good buffet breakfast. Pleasant outdoor area overlooking the bay. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location. Good amenities.

Cons:

Thin walls - could hear talking in adjacent rooms and dog barking in room along corridor.
We were in room 12A and cleaners gathered outside this room and chatted for much of the day which meant afternoon naps were disturbed. Sink plug didnt work!

This is our second visit and we would definitely like to return one day
Pros:

All the food we had was excellent- beautifully presented and very tasty

Cons:

Our bedroom was too hot at night although it was perfect during the day

I visit many times and never disappointed, excellent location and views ideal for a relaxing break

Maybe the swimming pool temperature could be slightly higher than it is on entry quite a shock

Beautiful hotel and wonderful location overlooking Torbay.
Pros:

We booked an apartment by mistake so would rather have been in the lovely hotel but it was all very nice. Great location.

Cons:

Nothing. It was a beautiful place.

Pros:

We been here for our honeymoom, then on our 5th Wedding Anniversary, now we just celebrated our 10th Wedding Anniversary. Berry Head Hotel is still as excellent after teb years.

Beautiful Views needs some finishing touches.
Pros:

Location is beautiful over looking the sea just outside Brixham. Apartment is nice, hot tub was nice to relax in after a day out. Indoor pool was okay for a swim in the morning and walked down the rock pools in front of the hotel of a morning with my daughter.

Cons:

The apartment was not as clean as it could of been, floor needed mopping, cobwebs in every corner.

It was also like an oven, could not sleep in the bedroom, was outside multiple times in the night to could down. Ended up on the sofa bed.

Lovely apartment with stunning sea views.
Pros:

I stayed in one of the apartments. They are expensive , especially in high season but very comfortable and with good views of the sea.
We opted to pay extra for a hot tub which is on the decking directly outside the apartment - this was a nice addition, especially after a long days walking the South West Coast Path. The apartments are surprisingly well insulated and quiet to stay in.
The hotel itself is very convenient and offers a varied menu. The food is good quality.
The only downside is that at times they are short staffed and service can be slow.

Cons:

Short staffed at times in the restaurant and not always clear who is looking after your table.
That seemed a little haphazard.
