У этого отеля только один плюс, это стоимость относительно цен в Ливерпуле. Наверное, в Ливерпуле тоже есть возможность снять номер за аналогичную стоимость, но наша поездка была спонтанной.
Старый, неприятный отель. В коридоре ковролин жутко пахнет и весь этот запах вы чувствуете и в номере.
Звукоизоляция никакая, ночью странные типы ходили по коридору и шумели. В какой-то момент я проснулась от сильного запаха марихуаны.
Сам номер выглядет бедно и неуютно.
До центра Ливерпуля, примерно, 45-60 минут.
very comfy beds and decent rooms for the price paid,only a 10 minute drive from blackstone street warehouse which is where we were for the weekend,15 minutes away from town centre aswell. tv had all the channels and netflix and youtube

Absolutely nothing,
The place was terrible, more like a motel than a hotel. Room was dirty, stairs smelly with cigarettes, no Room service to clean Room. Strangers kept on knocking on my room, one even opened it saying he thought i had checked out. Bed not comfortable. No reception at desk when you need them. No change of towels and toiletries till check out. Maybe I was expecting too much for the low price, but it wasn't it at all!!!0
room was perfect no issues this is my second time in this hotel and is the only place i would stay now when i travel to Liverpool

The WiFi connection is really fast for mobile phones, laptops and even the smart TV in the room.
Provided with a freezer microwave and kettle. Tea coffee milk sugar biscuits etc.
Ensuite was very clean and spacious, shower clean also
Coat hangers, hair dryer, fresh towels are provided whenever required.
Above all else the staff here are friendly, helpful, respectful, and will always go the extra mile to make my stays as smooth and comfortable.
I couldn't fault this place for the price you pay there is no better value for money.

The staff were incredibly professional, helpful and polite. The room was clean and had a kettle and a microwave. The room was made up regularly.
The car park was often full.
The man on reception was very helpful and friendly.
The outside of the hotel very scruffy and the curtains in the room terrible old and tatty
Very spacious rooms
Kettle & microwave next to kitchen sink " electrics & water do not go together .. could really do with a deep clean & better set up .. a couple of items of cutlery & crockery for kitchen area would be a good idea too
Not the first time I've stayed here, currently my 3rd or 4th stay at trivelles. Staff are great and will help with anything you just need to ask. For the price of the room per night,you will not find better value for money. The rooms are clean and tidy and apart from the no lifts ( I am fit and healthy so this isn't an issue) this place is a great place to stay.
Location was reasonable
First room I had was a duplex with literally just a bed and a microwave and fridge in level 1. Nothing on the second level, just the shower room and lots of empty space- weird
No furniture, no desk, table, chairs or anything
The staff at the desk were very friendly and polite, and made me feel at home. I stay at this hotel regularly because it’s close to work.
Room 204 was cozy — more like a little apartment — with stairs leading up to a loft bed, tucked away from other guests. It also had a mini fridge, microwave, and kettle, so there was no need to go out for anything.
