Pros:

The staff were excellent! The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. Pillows actually had some support.

Cons:

Better mattresses! Just not up to standard. A/c made loud noise when shutting off. Not pleasant while trying to sleep.

I will not hesitate to stay there again.
Pros:

Everything was wonderful! The front desk staff were terrific! I do not remember their names but they were very accommodating and polite.

Fight in side the the holte at the desk ??
Pros:

Stayed 3 nights i payed for another day we expected to get room clean we were told the room would be cleaned but was not ? I guessed that was the only problem and paying priman price ??

The room was not ever cleaned I rented the room for another day and was told the room would be cleaned but it was not then bikers came in the holte and pulled a knife on reception and a big fight in the lobby my family was in danger??? We ran away or maybe get killed or stayed??? Never experienced this in my life ?? I did not feel safe with my family here at all we left the holte and stayed at a safer hotel?? Maybe this will not a problem with the holte but it was to me so I payed for a night that we did not stay because we did not feel safe maybe no big deal but it was

Nice hotel
Pros:

Hotel was clean and staff was nice. The highlight of our visit was the little cafe and lounge. We met friends and family there and had a wonderful experience. Misha was the perfect hostess, friendly, attentive and helpful.

Stay for Legion State Baseball
Pros:

Very nice rooms with nice bathrooms. The pool and hottub were nice. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. The area was quiet and it had a small outdoor spot. Needs to be prepared for busy season. Stick up for breakfast and address parking.

I would book again, but not for longer than 2 days due to the lack of room cleaning
Pros:

Overall one of the better Best Western Plus Hotels. Extreme friendly check in process and very good breakfast in the morning. Good A/C Control.

Cons:

The new room cleaning regulations are a bad joke.They clean your room ONLY EVERY FIVE DAYS!!! Is that the ICE effect? :-(
Shower was not cleaned very well.
Breakfast Times ends at 9 o'clock - too soon.
Bed matresses could be better,very basic.
