Although it's very old and run down, some staff are very friendly and it's clean!
Pros:

I booked it as there was an offer - the apartment is due for renovation by end of the month. It's a very old apartment but serve the purpose I wanted.

Décevant pour le prix
Pros:

Excellent emplacement. Logement très spacieux, ce qui est rare à Singapour. C'est d'ailleurs pour cela que nous l'avons loué pour ces 6 jours, mais avons été extrêmement déçus.

Cons:

Très mauvais rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons payé presque 600$ par nuit pour l'appartement 3 chambres, mais le logement est extrêmement vieux et mal entretenu. Les matelas sont tellement usés qu'ils sont bons pour la poubelle. On sent tous les ressorts, qui sont même visibles à l'oeil nu! J'avais si mal au dos tous les matins au réveil. C'est si vieux que c'est même insalubre, car une des chambres sentait beaucoup la moisissure, à cause de l'air climatisé complètement infesté de moisissure (voir photo). Ils sont venus le nettoyer sur demande, mais seulement en surface et ça sentait encore la moisissure dans la chambre après. En cause, il n'y a aucune ventilation efficace dans les salles de bains, qui demeurent humides en permanence. L'ascenseur qui mène au logement tombe littéralement en ruine, on dirait l'ascenseur d'un immeuble abandonné en état de semi-démolition. Enfin, il y avait toute la journée des travaux à un étage inférieur, avec un bourdonnement infernal de marteau-piqueur, mais on ne nous a pas avisés avant l'arrivée, ce qui aurait été la moindre des choses. Je ne conseille pas ce logement, c'est beaucoup trop cher pour un logement qui tombe en ruine.

這麼好的地點，多次入住，但現在如此破舊，這飯店該下定決心重新整修了。期待。

地點很棒。走去地鐵站大約7分鐘。

Cons:

太老舊老損。可惜這麼好的地點,說要重新大整修一直拖延。如果沒有重新整修, 設施已經不敢入住。

Pros:

L’espace dans l’appartement, la piscine, la salle de sport, le BBQ sur le toit, au cœur de la ville, proximité des transports et surtout le personnel que se soit l’accueil, le ménage ou la sécurité tous étaient formidables !

Cons:

L’ensemble un peu vieillot et tous les travaux mais j’ai cru comprendre qu’ils rénovent l’intégralité de l’Hotel donc la prochaine fois ce sera parfait !

Perfect verblijf,alleen die klote muziek was echt een afkapper.
Pros:

Ruim apartement. Zeer beperkt servies, bijv. geen kurketrekker.

Cons:

Vanaf 22:30 tot 03:00 was er veel lawaai van tech music. Niet de schuld van de verhuurder, maar wel irritant en zelfs met oordoppen nauwelijks te omzeilen.
