Loved the view and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Air-conditioning very efficient.

Cons:

The water going off halfway through a shower. No mattress or pillow protectors although the linen was clean.

No Internet in first "suite" which was inland view when i had boked a sea/pool view and a tub rather than walk in shower in second that i was moved to.. No grab bars or antislip mat. Heavy limescale and some small mould marks around tub.but it was clean enough.

Patio door to balcony very hard to open as seemed to have no rollers.

Pros:

The staff were very polite, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thanks to the young man who helped us with our luggage—he was very kind and made our arrival much easier. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, perfect for relaxing. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The only small downside is that some areas of the hotel could use a little renovation. Other than that, everything was great.

I see in booking com when i reviews the place have 2 swimming pool ..and when we go there ..one was open for 1 day and after they closed it ..the second was closed always ...we need go and searching for another swimming pool because kids want to swimm in the pools we expense another money for the other pool we was visiting .......we trust booking com always but that time we find not what we see in reviews ......thanks anyway

Я не понимаю, почему такие плохие комментарии про этот отель, но он действительно шикарный. Во первых, красивая и ухоженная территория с большим, чистым и тёплым бассейном, возле которого стоят удобные и мягкие лежаки с солцезащитнымм зонтами. Очень приятная зона для релакса и отдыха с прекрасным видом на море. Я жила в простором номере с спальней и кухней с которого открывался потрясающий вид на море и горы. На кухне я практически ничего не готови ла, но посуда была и ещё был хороший холодильник. Мне понравился косметический столик с шухлядками и зеркалом. Стильная спальня со вкусом, хорошее коричневое покрывало и нормальная кровать с белоснежной постельным бельём. Полотенца тоже были белые и чистые и ещё был качественный шампунь гель и кондиционер.Мягкая мебель хоть и была старая, но она не портила вид всего номера, так как была накрытая чистым покрывалом . Мне было очень комфортно в этом номере и я чувствую себя как дома. Ещё хочу поблагодарить девушку с ресепшен Камилла, за отзывчивость и доброжелательность.Она решала любые проблемы. А ещё в отеле есть аппарат со снеками , шоколадом и напитками по магазинных ценах, я была приятно удивлена, что такая дешёвая вода и шоколад. Мне понравилось все в этом отеле и я обязательно вернусь. Спасибо Вам за гостеприимство.

Знаете у нас говорят " Кто-то смотрит в лужу и видит звезды, а кто-то грязь." У каждого свои ценности и приоритеты. Этот отель для меня просто шикарный, потому что я много путешествую и таких видов я не видела нигде. Это как смотреть на открытку. )
