Location and view
Filthy and nothing worked!
Check in time confirmed and the request accepted, arrived at the property and no room available, check in date had been changed.
Another party were there and had the same problem.
Cooker didn’t work, sink leaked, plug sockets coming out the wall, tv didn’t work, bathroom window fell out, toilet seat fell off and room was filthy we actually went to buy bleach.
Had to use the towels to stop the leak from the sink and had no towels, travel hob was brought to the room with the wrong plug and needed a bleach.
The room was not cleaned or bedding and towels changed the whole stay, as you can imagine the bins were over flowing.
11:58 the day we was checking out the check out time was 12:00 the staff were banging on the door telling us to leave, we were literally ready to put the bags in the car.
I like the location and i used to stay in this hotel every summer since 2014
They should renew everything and it was not clean at all and the new receptionist were not helpful
It’s not far from a lot of places
Too noisy with the traffic as it is on a hill and some traffic lights
My girlfriend and I arrived at the hotel at 2:30 PM, which is after the official check-in time of 2:00 PM. We were checked in and shown to our room by the receptionist.
The first room was on the ground floor and was completely unacceptable. It was poorly ventilated, dirty, had stains on the walls, marks from spilled liquids on the floor, and was located right next to construction materials. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with visible rust on the shower enclosure.
We immediately asked for a different room.
The second room was only slightly better. There were hairs in the bathroom, the table had clearly not been cleaned and still had drink marks on it, and there was dust everywhere. To make matters worse, both bathroom taps were supplying only hot water. We reported the issue to reception and were told to let the water run for a while. We left it running for 10 minutes, but nothing changed.
I went back to reception and was told that someone would come to fix the problem. Nearly an hour passed and nobody showed up.
I returned to reception once again while my girlfriend waited in the room. The manager then showed me three additional rooms. One was very dirty, another was poorly ventilated, had a filthy bathroom, and was again located next to construction materials. Only the third room was acceptable and had working water.
We were told it would be cleaned and ready within 10 minutes. After 40 minutes of waiting, I went back to reception and was told to wait another 10 minutes. They offered us a complimentary soft drink, which we declined. After another 20 minutes had passed, we had had enough.
At that point, we requested a cancellation and a full refund. To their credit, the hotel agreed and refunded us. We asked them to call a taxi, left immediately, and checked into another hotel.
This place simply does not justify its prices.

They confidently expected me to accept this. I refused and asked them not to take money from my card and to inform Booking.com of what had happened. Two days later, the website withdrew the money. I returned and informed the hotel three times, and they kept saying they were contacting the website to refund me. I contacted Booking.com about five times, but in the end, they told me the hotel wasn't responding and couldn't issue a refund. A terrible experience; I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Igazából minden, abszolút verhetetlen ár-érték arányban és elhelyezkedésben is jó, közvetlen a parton.
Τίποτα δεν έμεινε. Τους είπα να ακυρώσουν είπαν θα ακυρώσουν χωρίς χρέωση και παρόλο αυτού με χρέωσαν 61€ και μου έκαναν υποκλοπή τα στοιχεία της κάρτας μου.
Καλό σημείο/τοποθεσία. Ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο. Άνετα κρεβάτια. Ζεστό νερό πάντα διαθέσιμο. Καλή τιμή. Καλό aircondition.
Υπήρχε μια μυρωδιά στη τουαλέτα η οποία χάλασε γενικά το δωμάτιο. Δεν ξέρω από το ήταν και αν ήταν αποτέλεσμα υγρασίας. Στη ντουζιέρα η πόρτα θα μπορούσε να ήταν καλύτερη.

Τίποτα απολύτως δεν ξανα αντικρισα ποτε στη ζωη μου τετοια αηδια.. αν ειναι δυνατον να λειτουργει αυτος ο χωρος…απανθρωπες συνθηκες.
Πενταβρωμικο θα το δειτε και στις φωτογραφιες...μυριζε μουχλα και υγρασια με το που μπηκαμε μεσα.. τριχες παντου, βρομικα επιπλα, μεχρι και αραχνες με τους ιστους τους κανονικα στις γωνιες του δωματιου
