It's a decent motel.
Pros:

It was clean. The rooms were big. Small indoor pool. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Good location. I ended up staying an extra day.

Cons:

The rooms could be updated. Peeling wallpaper. Bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to fall down. No complimentary continental breakfast. But good enough.

The stay was great except for paying for parking!!!!
Cons:

The fact that we had to pay for a place we was staying at. The logic for the charge was that people staying would have a parking spot! I have stayed at other hotel and for free the handle used to identify you were staying at the hotel was free! If the reason is to keep non guest from parking the handle with your name can giving for free instead of a $10 a day charge!!!!! The logic that you are cheaper doesn’t account for making people pay for parking when the are staying at your establishment!

Bad reviews and unhappy hotel guest

I have stayed here many of times before. Never have I experienced dirty sheets. I wasn't the only guest that complained about dirty sheets. The sheets had black stains on them and someone else's hair. I was so disgusted. I can never pick my room. They pick out the room for you. I don't like the fact that I can't pick my own room 😕. I work hard for my money. Everytime that I have asked for another room. They say that they are booked. I never had anyone next to me in the other room when I have stayed here. I probably won't be coming back. I really like this hotel. I don't feel appreciated as a paying customer.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Even though we didn't have ocean front room, the view of the beach was very good from our third floor balcony.

Cons:

We didn't have any complaints. Some people may find the air conditioning a little loud, but didn't bother us.

Cons:

Paying to park, $10 a night! I’m staying in your hotel I shouldn’t have to pay to park in your lot too. Plus, the one night we came back from dinner and there were no parking spots available. We were told we had to park in a different lot a block away.

My daughters and I loved our spacious room right on the beach.
Pros:

Perfect area on the boardwalk; right at the beach; the room and hotel smelled good and was clean; there was an elevator and cart to haul your luggage and supplies: the pool was nice size and warm; and we liked the balcony and the outdoor shower to wash sand off.
Staff was incredibly kind and helpful. If I needed anything, they were prompt and happy to help. They also accommodated my wishes for the top floor and beach front view.

Cons:

Door handle was missing on the freezer and handle was loose and kept falling off of the mini-fridge. Was still able to use the fridge though. Also, the freezer needs defrosted as it has a layer of ice inside. The price is high (which is understandable due to location), but also having to pay a separate fee for parking, room deposit, and a tip for housekeepers is a bit much with the price of everything in town.
