Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Pros:

Very clean and tidy, nice, central location, very good mattress /great sleep, parking reservation available. Great personnel! In the morning of our checkout day we had to go to the city in order to sign a contract and we didn’t know if we’d make it back by 12:00, to get our car out of the parking. The manager was a lovely lady who told us not to worry at all and gave us the couple of hours we might need for the parking, without extra charge! Finally, it took us only about 20-30 minutes more but it was a great relief not to have to park in the street, since the parking system rather does not work for foreigners. The manager also kindly asked us if we needed anything else (toilet, water or anything). Also, I had forgotten in the room a small item of sentimental and religious value for me and the maid, a nice lady, saved it and returned it to me! This is the sort of kindness and care and the spirit of hospitality a guest would wish for. It is not always available everywhere else, but certainly present here, at VIKO!

Cons:

Everything was perfect!
