Service was exemplary even when technical issues surfaced.
Pros:

Customer service at the front desk, the restaurant and everyone at the hotel went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Special mention to Kashif Butt for tending to all issues in a swift manner and always with a smile. The restaurant staff during our 11 day stay made us part of the family.

Cons:

Several issues still exist including leaking faucets, inop toiler flushes and AC issues. Stuff happens how they responded was commendable. I said this last year, without investment in renovation this place could suffer bad CSAT.

Ve guest relations dan Ayesha nın problemleri çözmeye çalışma gayretini

Cons:

Oda su akıyordu, kliması her gün problemli idi , eski olduğu için temizlense bile temiz gibi görünmüyordu.

Pros:

Breakfast was 7/10.
Room cooling was nice.
Room service was excellent.
Langue area is good.

Cons:

There is no gym attendant. Room size was small. LCD was normal. Receptionist didn’t accommodate 2nd night stay because we didn’t booked on app timely so i had to leave the hotel.
Pool water was not enough clean.
Iron was old and working so so.
