Comfort, Class, and Outstanding Service
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Park Lane Hotel, The service was exceptional, the atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and the comfort provided made for a truly memorable experience in Lahore.
The views from the room were exceptional
The staff was really helping
Ms. Alizay on the reception and Ms. Ayesha the guest relation manager were very accommodating and helpful

I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier stay!

Check in was smooth we were family and we got free upgrade!!!

Pros:

I loved the location, near to the shops on mm Alan road as well as restaurants and cafes.
The service was exceptional, especially the concierge who got my sandals repaired for me, on a Sunday morning, when the markets were closed, whilst I was having breakfast. He went above and beyond, I was amazed to walk out of breakfast to be presented with the repaired sandals.
