It’s conveniently located across the street from Mass Mutual Center. I recommend staying here when attending an event. The room was nice and clean. There were a lot of options provided for breakfast.
The parking lot is two blocks away. We didn’t mind because it was safe and already planned to go places within walking distance.

The breakfast was good. A little better than the normal hotel spread. The staff in the breakfast room were really good, attentive.
The parking situation was terrible. I had understood there would be onsite parking. I have photos of the street parking and the lot that is available to guests 3 blocks away. As a single older female walking at night, I did not feel secure. The only onsite parking is on the street outside (4 spots), street around the corner (5 spots ) and in the alley behind (6 spots). The lot was dark, scary and 3 blocks away. The streets nearby are under construction. I feel like i should get some of my $ back.

Unfriendly welcome , receptionist would talk on her smartphone instead of making eye contact, which was very strange.
Breakfast was very basic, everything else was great! Nice place, nice fews, great location. Parking was a bit of a walk, but it was free, which was nice!
