Pros:

スタッフのみなさんは、ロビーでお会いした時に気持ちよく挨拶をしてくださいます。
フロントの方もとても親切でした。
お部屋の掃除も行き届いていました。
朝食は、おやきや信州そば、りんごのドレッシングなど、長野の食材も加わりとても美味しかったです。

Cons:

お部屋に入って直ぐにの所にオープン式のロッカーのような洋服掛けがありました。
ハンガーに洋服をかける方向が、奥に重ねて入れるようになっていました。掛ける時も、取り出す時も使いにくいと感じました。
横に並べてハンガーを掛けるようになっていれば、とても便利だったのではないかと思います。ハンガーを掛けるバーの位置を、横一にできないのでしょうか？
そこだけですが、使いにくく残念でした。
後は、本当に気持ちよく過ごさせていただきました。
ありがとうございました。
また利用させていただきます。
