بصراحة كنت مستغرب من بعض التعليقات السلبية اللي شفتها عن الفندق، وكنت متردد قبل الحجز، لكن بعد التجربة اكتشفت أن الواقع مختلف تماماً. الفندق جميل جداً، نظيف ومرتب، وتعامل الموظفين راقٍ ويعكس قمة الذوق والاحترافية.
ومن المواقف اللي أعجبتني أنني طلبت من موظفة الاستقبال تأخير تسجيل الخروج إلى الساعة 2 ظهراً، ورغم الضغط الموجود وقتها، رحبت بالطلب وقالت بكل لطف: "ما فيه مشكلة". هذا النوع من التعاون والاهتمام يصنع فرقاً كبيراً في تجربة النزيل.
‎كما أن الفطور كان متنوعاً ولذيذاً. أشكر جميع العاملين على حسن الاستقبال والخدمة الممتازة، وكانت تجربة تستحق التقييم الكامل.

Excellent hotel !

The thing I might say about the property is perhaps next time we might go when it's not quite so hot our fault entir
Pros:

The property was spotless. The staff were fantastic and a fantastic swimming pool up on the roof. Love it.

Cons:

I can't see if there's anything we didn't like about the property we would definitely stay there again
