Clean friendly efficient. Good size rooms comfy beds COFFEE!! An easy decision to repeat stay!!!
Pros:

Easy check in, good size rooms that are always clean and for me this is a handy location. The breakfast is always good and the coffee excellent. I like that the hotel now has filtered water refill on each floor :) Beds and pillow suepr comfy and the hot water is hot!! The shampoo conditioner and soaps are notably of quality! Thanks for upgrading these!!

Cons:

the wifi seems to be an ongoing issue. I have experienced this before. Painful.

Pros:

Location, parking, breakfast buffet catering to GF/DF, staff, nice and quiet room, block out blinds. Lovely in service food. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable at all. Very hard and not in line with pricing of accommodation.
Only one table chair for two people to sit and eat at the dining table. Bamboo spoons rather than proper cutlery in the room was not ideal.

Came for work - quick check in and out.
Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and tidy. The sleepers were a nice touch!
It's great that there is a restaurant downstairs that offers dinner. I appreciated that there was accommodation of dietary requirements in the restaurant.

Cons:

Pricey - both room and restaurant

Overall the enjoyed my stay and will stay there again.
Pros:

Decor was modern and nice. Rooms were very clean, staff were friendly, room service and dinner was lovely.

Cons:

Windows were dirty.

Disappointing when usually good
Pros:

Location good

Cons:

Sliding door in the room was faulty and not offering privacy for showers or toilet. Due to time of day management not able to fix issue due to maintenance team off duty and no rims able to be changed due to no availability

Management offered free drink downstairs as compensation at bar but only choice given was a house wine or beer on tap - cheap and not pleasant tasting :(
