Pros:

I enjoy the location, staff and onsite facilities.

Cons:

The issue I have is the bed 😅 is not comfortable at all! Its way too soft, I ended up sleeping on the sofa during my stay. The Breakfast buffet was not value for money and not sure what changed with the scrambled eggs.

Pros:

The rooms where lovely and spacious. My meal at the restaurant was great.

Cons:

The breakfast cost $40, which I thought was over priced.
The lifts wouldn't allow you to go to another floor, which was frustrating if you had other family members on an upper floor area.

The place was beautiful and clean. Staff were lovely and accommodating a very enjoyable place to be with a lovely view.
Pros:

I love the design. How easy everything was to access the fun things to do like ping-pong. I liked that there was a bar attached and a restaurant.

Cons:

Both me and my daughter’s boyfriend had trouble with the parking tickets as we still had to pay for parking even though we were told we didn’t. It just appears that the tickets weren’t working properly.

It was a memorable stay and would love to return!
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming from the moment we entered. Although we arrived way before our check-in, they allowed us to have breakfast and gave us suggestions on what we could do while waiting for the few hours. The location is perfect to get to CBD and other attractions with the ease of public transport too. Room had a perfect view.

Cons:

I think the pillows need to be more comfortable. We had to request for extras. They kindly met our requests.

It’s absolutely divine. Such a wonderful feeling during the day and night.

Cons:

Only negative comment to make, is I’d would’ve been amazing if the pool was properly heated to be able to utilise in winter as well, or be covered/inside for the kids.

Easy stay close to airport
Pros:

The whole apartment was lovely except the bed was like a rock and the pillows were terrible. You needed 3 pillows to make 1 normal latex.
