Reception - Welcoming staff.
Room - The bed was lovely to sleep on and we had an amazing sleep.
Breakfast - AMAZING experience! Its not the first time that we have had breakfast at the hotel and having breakfast this morning was really nice. Nice food, amazing staff etc.
Dinner - My husband and I had dinner last night at the hotel but what really ruined it for us is Sophia / Sofia (she had a badge). I don't know what ruined her mood or if its just her awful attitude but she should not be tending to customers.
She kept rushing us to know our dinner choices and we had to keep telling her to give us a moment while we looked at the menu. Her face looked like she was about to punch somebody with her angry looking face, its like she could not be bothered to tend to us.
At some point in the night, we needed to order something else and to try to get her attention when she was clearly standing not far from us, the music was not loud enough to block her hearing. In face, another lady who was behind the counter could hear us clearly. Very disappointing to have our evening and stay ruined by Sofia!
Room - The bathroom however was reeking of urine. Before you say it, we do clean after ourselves but this smell was there before we started using the bathroom. No robes? The TV's remote control was absolutely diabolical! Lagged constantly and sometimes, id' turn the TV off whenever we clicked on another option on TV.
Breakfast - Shame that you do not have fried eggs, only scrambled.
