Το προσωπικό στο reception ήταν πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει αλλά δυστυχώς δεν ηταν στο χέρι τους η διόρθωση των προβλημάτων. Για

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα από τον κεντρικό σταθμό Termini αλλά υπήρχε τεράστιος συνωστισμός στην περιοχή και φασαρία εξαιτίας αυτού,

Cons:

Ακριβώς έξω και δίπλα από το ξενοδοχείο υπήρχαν υπαίθρια σταντ που πουλούσαν ρούχα και μικρά αντικείμενα αλλά υπήρχε πολλή ακαθαρσία λόγω του μεγάλου συνωστισμού και των fast food.Το δωμάτιο που μας δώσανε αρχικά δεν δούλευε καλά το air conditioning και μας άλλαξαν δωμάτιο αναβαθμίζοντας μας σε σουίτα. Παρόλα αυτά και στο 2ο δωμάτιο πάλι το ένα από τα 2 air conditioning δεν δούλευε με αποτέλεσμα και πάλι να μας αλλάξουν δωμάτιο. Ευτυχώς τα air conditioning δούλευαν κανονικά στο τρίτο δωμάτιο που μας έδωσαν αλλά δυστυχώς το νερό δεν ήταν ζεστό στο ένα από τα 2 bathrooms.

Loved the location and it is a cool Art Deco decor.
Pros:

Amazing location. Minutes from transportation hub for bus,and train. Plenty of restaurants in and shops in walking distance. Free breakfast.

Cons:

Stains on carpet, a.c. barely kept up with heat wave. Noisy from street late at night. Area is sketchy with lots of homeless, but they are everywhere Rome. Be alert for pick pockets. Toilet did not flush well and wobbled when you sat on it. The free breakfast was good but identical every day so after 5 nights we were over it.

Would not stay more than one night. Good for a stopover but much better hotels in Rome.
Pros:

Convenient to the train station. Robe and slippers were nice. Spacious rooms

Cons:

The area is very dirty and full of homeless people plus the street noise was bad. Hard to sleep.

Our stay was fine, but I would pick a different location near to the areas we would want to see.
Pros:

It’s great that it is right by the train station

Cons:

It is far from a lot of the Rome area that we wanted to be at. It also gets a little sketchy in the evening, but overall we felt safe.

Disappointment for us but could be ok.
Pros:

Great location next to Termini train and metro. Staff welcoming us was really helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Booked two rooms, one was perfectly ok. The second room had some electricity and air-conditioning issues (during heat wave) which was raised with the staff on several occasions. Electricity was fixed, air-conditioning questions were never attended to and no solutions offered.

Pros:

The reception staff were really ok. We wanted twin beds,but the bed was made up as a double . Reception provided single sheets for us for the first night until housekeeping remade the beds.

Cons:

The aircon didn't work very well and the lighting switches were strange. There was no logic over how they worked! One day the water was being turned off after breakfast and the following day there was no hot water

Interesante Hotel
Pros:

Muy bien situado para acceder a todos los lugares interesantes de Roma así como fuera de Roma desde la estación de Termini que está a muy pocos metros del hotel

Cons:

El ambiente y locales de alrededor, no era muy apetecible ni agradable.
