Nice stay in central Rome with an easy access everywhere
Pros:

- During my stay, the hotel was pretty quiet

alrededores desagradables
Pros:

el cuarto es agradable dentro del hptel no habia tanto inconveniente, la habitacion etaba amplia las camas comodas, buen aire acondicionado limpio

Cons:

la zona de alrededor esta muy fea mucho indigente y muy sucias las calles, esta cerca de la terminal, pero hubiera preferido estar mas retirado que soportar los alrededores, sucios, banquetas orinadas con mucha basura, si daba miedo caminar, nos apresurabamos a llegar para entrar en el hotel porque alrededores muy desagradables, no regresaria solo por eso.

Pros:

El personal, muy amable. El desayuno, y el personal, excelente. La limpieza, muy bien. Mi problema fue por servicio de mantenimiento, tuve problemas con la ducha y el último día, solo agua fría. Solicité un auto en recepción para ir al aeropuerto, lo esperé casi 1/2 hora y no llegó. Otro comentario, el uso del ascensor por personal del hotel ( con toallas y elementos de limpieza ) en el horario del desayuno.

Cons:

El servicio de mantenimiento, por mi experiencia personal. El día de la tormenta, necesitaba una ducha caliente, pero, solo salía agua fría. Reclamé a recepción y el Sr. que vino me dijo “ espere 10 minutos “, lo que, no sirvió para que viniera el agua caliente.

Bon emplacement mais eau glacée et chambre bruyante

Bon emplacement situé à côté de la gare de Termini , petit déjeuner très bon du choix

Cons:

Eau froide tout le long du séjour dans la chambre mais quand je dis froide c’est glacée. Chambre côté rue très bruyante toute la nuit il y a du bruits en plus des travaux en bas de l’hotel …. heureusement que nous étions en famille et que nous avions deux chambres nous prenions la douche dans l’autre chambre où il y avait de l’eau chaude .

Personale estremamente gentile, bella struttura in una posizione estremamente strategica vicinissima alla stazione. Ad un disagio iniziale hanno provveduto immediatamente dandoci un'altra stanza di categoria superiore. Lo consiglio vivamente.
