I love the hotel and will definitely be back.
Pros:

Clean, great breakfast, excellent view behind the hotel. The river and walkway. Excellent staff. Seamless check in online without the burden of a receptionist. Security as the lift will not work unless you have a room key.

Cons:

The shuttle bus takes a long break middle of the day and the frequency is hourly

Clean and cheap but no customer service

Clean, not too far from airport.

Cons:

Customer service laughable. All check-in is automated, and reservation codes don't work. When staff finally appeared they were not friendly. Credit card reader had problems. Waitstaff in restaurant were clueless (perhaps very new to the job), and garbage in lobby and outside was overflowing. Location is amid a bunch of warehouses, so the on premise brew pub is the only option. Only about ten customers in the pub and it took an hour to get food.
