I got a late fee.. I've been there nearly a month.. Never heard of any late fees feel they could have waved it seeing as I been there so long and have literally gotten clean linen twice and 2 rolls of toilet paper...
Nothing the room was horrible they’re were blood spots on the pillows and sheets the floor was flooded with water the coffee machine didn’t work they didn’t have hot water and the pressure of the the shower was horrible and they had roaches and mice

only good thing I can really say is that it was affordable.
well, the property is infested with cockroaches. I saw 1 outside my door and 4 inside my room. they have an exterminator on property, but he came into my room because he was told by the front desk it was unoccupied. he was very nice, though and sprayed in the areas I pointed out to him. there were also 2 cigarette burns in the blanket, and when I asked for a new one they said they didn't have any. no spare pillows or towels either. the room also doesn't come with soap, shampoo, or anything. you have to buy it for $3-$5 from their vending machine. OH, and the AC in the room didn't work properly either. they also don't have any notes by the phone for reaching the front desk, and the number on Google for it isn't even correct.
The price was super cheap but you get what you pay for.
The bed felt like a box spring with sheets. We literally had to go back to the front desk to ask for a blanket. No coffee maker or anything in the room. The room was clean but nothing to write home about. Lots of late night activities happening here people roaming, coming in and out of their rooms . Did not feel safe and was happy to leave in the morning.
