Pros:

受け付けスタッフが笑顔で滑舌良く感じが良かった
傘もお借りして助かりました！
こちら喫煙者ですので部屋で煙草吸えるのがほんま有難いです！

Cons:

構造上致し方ないが雨が廊下中心に入り込んでいて湿度が高い。※部屋は全く関係ありません（問題なし）
あとドライヤーをもうちょいええのにしてくれると有難いです

排水がイマイチでした。
Pros:

清潔感があり良かったです。
タオル類もすぐに交換して頂けたので、直ぐにスッキリしました。

Cons:

バスタブの排水が良くなく、シャワーしていると、どんどんお湯が溜まってきました。611号室です。改善をお願い致します。

Pros:

お世話になり有難うございました。
清潔感が有り、スタッフの対応も親切で、心地よく滞在できました。
今回は、仕事の出張のため、素泊まりでした。
要望は、妻が小柄なので　ガウンのSサイズがあれば有難いです。

久しぶりの名古屋を堪能しました。
Pros:

雨が突然降って、少し濡れた状態でチェクインだった。
タオルが出てやさしく声をかけてもらって嬉しかったです。

Cons:

大浴場が、朝はダメだと勘違いしていて、入ることができなかった。そこを楽しみもあったので・・
雨も降っていたので、わざわざ隣まで行くのもめんどうもあった。

朝食会場の順番待ち以外は素晴らしい
Pros:

全てが揃っていて、周辺に店も多い。
スタッフの人はとても丁寧。 本当に素晴らしい。

Cons:

仕方ないが、お風呂と朝食が別棟。
しかも朝食会場が狭すぎて、列で空席待ち。
朝にこんなことでは電車などに乗り遅れてしまう。
朝の順番待ちは論外。
