設備やロケーション、間取りは良かった。
テレビ周りや特に畳のへり周りとエアコン、埃と髪の毛とスナック菓子が落ちてまくっていた。冷凍庫の中にも髪の毛や小虫が付着していて自分たちですべて掃除してから使用した。間取りも設備も良いだけに清掃のチェック項目を改善した方が良いと思います。
Fue una experiencia estupenda como viajar en el tiempo. El hotel tiene una estética noventera fantástica, incluso tiene una sala de juego con maquinas de la época.
Pese a estar viejito (no creo haya sufrido muchas reformas) el hotel es extremadamente limpio y confortable.
La habitación era amplia y con vistas al mar, tenia un pequeño balcón.
El baño había sido reformado y estaba impecable.
Cuenta con parking gratuito en las inmediaciones.
La cocina de la habitacion asi como las camas necesitan ser renovadas.

The room we stayed in was fantastic. Beautiful view of the sea and endless sounds of the waves which is so special. The room was so spacious. There was a spacious tatami room next to it as well. We could have a very restful night.

Bellissima camera in stile giapponese, grande e completa di tutte le comodità.
La struttura offre diversi servizi, nella hall troverete sempre qualcuno disponibile ad ascoltare qualsiasi domanda o richiesta, troverete macchinette e sala giochi.
L'hotel offre anche un ristorante ma non lo abbiamo provato.
Si affaccia direttamente sulla costa ed è possibile avere una bellissima vista sul mare.
Prevede un parcheggio gratuito sul posto se si arriva con il proprio mezzo.

Non lo pongo come difetto o punto negativo,ma solamente come nota a margine:
La struttura si trova leggermente fuori città, in una zona molto tranquilla ma se non si è provvisti di auto, potrebbe essere un po' complicato raggiungerlo, nonostante ci siano pullman di linea con diversi passaggi al giorno.

The hotel looks quite shabby from the outside. However, the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was lovely. The beds were comfortable. There was a sink, fridge, microwave and kettle. However, they were cramped into a small corner and there was little room to use them properly. There could have been some plates and larger cups.
We had a car and so the out-of-the-way location was not an issue. It is a couple of miles to almost anything else that is not a hotel i.e. a shop. This is important as the hotel was not offering any meals at the time we stayed.
The balcony was nice but beware of annoying bugs during the summer months especially around nightfall.
In summary, the advantages outweighed the negatives and we had a stay worth the price.
