Not that good of an option
Pros:

Walking distance to old Tblisi. Bed was fine

Cons:

Checked in at 2 am, per previous arrangements. Noone were at checkin. Waited more than 30 minutes. Not even an apology
Breakfast is not tasty. Pay extra for Espresso
Service is not welcoming

Hotel accogliente e ben curato. Camere molto ampie e con servizi curati. Posizione comoda per visitare la città

Cons:

La colazione era buona, anche se non c'era tantissima varietà nella scelta, soprattutto sul dolce.
L'unica pecca della camera era la scarsa illuminazione, ma per il resto davvero ottima qualità

Good but..
Pros:

Great location, close to central in walking distance, nice stuff

Cons:

They don't have baby buth , baby cord provided but its very low, same like on the floor. No entry for stroller. So not good place to stay with small children.
