Lage gut, Hotel komfortabel, Preis Leistung gut, Personal und Service ein no go.
Pros:

Die Lage war super, das Hotel war an sich schön und komfortabel. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Service war schlecht, sehr unaufmerksam, kein Hallo kein guten Morgen, kein Lächeln. Rezeption und auch Service hinter der Theke sitzt die meiste Zeit am Handy. Man kommt in das Hotel rein und die Person ist mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt und nicht mit den Gästen. Es gab nur eine Dame an der Rezeption die nett war und nur eine im Service, das war’s aber auch. Man kommt mit dem Kinderwagen rein und muss 5 Stufen hoch um zu dem Aufzug zu gelangen, niemand an der Rezeption bewegt sich im zu helfen oder bietet Hilfe an, die sind ja gerade mit dem Handy beschäftigt. Das ist in der Woche mehrmals vorgekommen und nicht einmal hat jemand geholfen. Das hat für mich auch nicht mehr mit Service zu tun sondern mit der Erziehung.

Отличное расположение, практически центр, но не шумно. Номера уютные, уборка каждый день, персонал очень отзывчивый.

Cons:

Завтраки однообразные, не хватает ягод и фруктов, но как ресторан отличное место.
