Great location, super staff.
Pros:

Fantastic location, easy walk to Mirissa Beaches and local restaurants/shops. Large room with a decent balcony, comfy beds, huge breakfast and very friendly staff.

Cons:

Corridors look a little tired, but rooms good. No chairs on the balcony.

Завтраки не включены, балкон подтапливает во время дождя, розетки европейские, спасли свои переходники, подушки разные))) в целом комфортно и расположение нормальное, сервис однозначно улучшать за такую цену.

Excellent Stay at Ballena Regency!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Ballena Regency in Mirissa. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, and the hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Super schöne Aufenthalt im Grünen
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber der Pool war sehr schön und unter Palmen zum frühstücken ist ein Genuss.

Pros:

Sehr großes Zimmer. Modern ausgestattet mit einem großen Kühlschrank.
Grosser Balkon.
Pool war auch recht groß.
Man ist schnell am Beach und bei vielen Shops und Restaurants.

Cons:

Wir hatten einen holprigen Start mit meiner Kreditkarte.
Aircon hat Zimmer mit Wasser überschwemmt.

Loved my stay at Balena Regency Hotel, Sri Lanka. The staff were warm and welcoming, the rooms were comfortable and spacious with balcony, and the peaceful atmosphere made it very relaxing.

Cons:

The stay was comfortable, but one downside was that the hotel doesn’t have an on-site restaurant, which was inconvenient for meals. Dining options were limited, and that could be improved.
