The hotel is clean and hygienic, with friendly service personnel and convenient location.
Pros:

As we were driving a large car, a lady of the reception warmly guided us to drive the car from the narrow road into the hotel garage, and the next day asked her colleague to help me drive the car to the hotel entrance. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the location is very good, about a 10 minute walk to the Latin Bridge.

Erittäin mukava ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Perhehuone (kaksi makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta) todella tilava. Hyvät sängyt ja tyynyt. Siistiä. Aamupalahuone hieman pieni mutta viihtyisä. Autolle hyvät tilat.

Friendly and welcoming stay in Sarajevo
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and spacious. Excellent shower. Great variety for breakfast.

Ich war rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer waren komfortabel und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würde jederzeit wiederkomm

Een goed verblijf, niet meer, niet minder
Pros:

Locatie ligt niet verder het stadscentrum dat goed te voet bereikbaar is. De kamer was proper en de badkamer ook. Alles was in orde, tot de badkamerdeur het plots begaf en we niet meer binnen geraakten. Hier kwam een late reactie voor herstel en pas nadat ontevredenheid hierover werd uitgedrukt. Dat was een beetje jammer, maar alles werd wel opgelost en goed afgehandeld.

Cons:

Het ontbijt viel een beetje tegen. Er was heel weinig fruit en dat stond dan nog in de zon. Er was voldoende aanbod, maar het had verzorgder en uitgebreider gekund.

Pros:

Herausragende Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist man im Zentrum. Es hat als einen von wenigen Hotels ein Parking.
Die Zimmer waren sehr schön gross und sauber. Vielen lieben Dank auch für das leckere Frühstück.
Wir liebten den grünen Blick über Sarajevo.
