L'hôtel est très bien situé. Tout à côté du vieux centre ville mais sans son agitation.
L hôtel est très bien entretenu et la chambre était parfaitement propre.
Tout le personnel est au petit soin. Ils sont absolument adorables surtout la jeune fille et le jeune homme à l' accueil.
Nous avons même eu une chambre plus grande que celle prévue et notre demande de chambre au calme a été totalement respectée.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter dans cet hôtel si nous revenons à Sarajevo.

Отличный отель близко к самому центру города. Приветливый персонал, хороший разнообразный завтрак. В номере чисто, кровать удобная. Есть номера (в том числе наш), которые выходят на шумную автомобильную улицу, но при закрытых окнах это вообще не мешает. Есть чайник и минибар. Большая ванная комната. Есть своя парковка.

Non lontano dal ponte latino, facile raggiungere il centro a piedi. Staff gentile e simpatico. Struttura con note di colore. Colazione a buffet. Camera ampia e con arredo gradevole

Prima hotel, dicht bij het centrum.
Pros:

Mooi en net hotel, op loopafstand van het centrum. Er is een privé parkeergarage aan de achterkant. De kamers zijn prima in orde. De mensen achter de receptie zijn erg vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het parkeren achter het hotel is erg fijn, je moet alleen wel wat manoeuvreren door kleine straatjes om er te komen.
Het ontbijt was niet helemaal onze smaak.

Facilities were mediocre and definitely not 4 star quality. Room was spartan with no a/c available. Bed was hard as a rock and uncomfortable.
