Pros:

Les chambres sont très confortables et très propres! Rien à dire! Excellente localisation dans le centre, tout est accessible à pied. Très bon accueil avec le sourire, petit message de bienvenu dans la chambre, très attentionné! Et bcp de choix au petit-déjeuner! Bref, top hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter!

La signora all’arrivo mi ha trattato male perché secondo lei non avevo parcheggiato bene. Le ho detto che non era il caso poi ha chiesto scusa ma non si fa così. Sono state fatte pulizie molto superficiali e molto in ritardo (alle 1530)

Mieliśmy bardzo udany pobyt w Hotelu Festival w Sarajewie. Hotel jest czysty, komfortowy, ma świetną lokalizację, a obsługa jest niezwykle miła i pomocna.
Chciałabym szczególnie podziękować Pani z recepcji, która okazała mi ogromną życzliwość i pomogła w podłączeniu lodówki medycznej, w której przechowywałam insulinę. Dla osoby z cukrzycą taka pomoc jest naprawdę bardzo ważna i daje ogromne poczucie bezpieczeństwa podczas podróży. Pani z recepcji wykazała się nie tylko profesjonalizmem, ale przede wszystkim empatią i zwykłą ludzką troską. ❤️
Takie sytuacje pokazują, że w Hotelu Festival gość naprawdę może liczyć na pomoc. Bardzo dziękujemy za serdeczność i wspaniałą atmosferę. Z przyjemnością wrócimy do Sarajewa i Hotelu Festival!

Staff cortese, colazione abbondante. Struttura pulita, camera nuova e spaziosa, bagno e doccia enormi e nuovissimi. Vicino al centro, facile muoversi a piedi.
