Excelente localização e ótimo atendimento!
Pros:

Excelente localização, há apenas um quarteirão da praia na Ocean Drive, e próximo à 5th Street que possui farmácias 24h e muitos restaurantes.
Atendentes atenciosos, com destaque para o Oscar que fala português e foi muito prestativo durante toda a estadia.
Disponibilizam cadeiras de praia, guarda sol e toalha de praia na recepção para utilização sem custo na praia.

Cons:

As instalações do hotel são um pouco antigas e é fácil de ouvir o barulho vindo de suítes vizinhas ou do corredor. Não tinha cortina no quarto que nos hospedamos, apenas a janela com persiana de madeira, para quem tem sensibilidade à luz para dormir, é importante considerar o uso de um tapa olho.
O hotel tem 2 andares e não tem elevador para o andar superior, então em caso de mobilidade reduzida, vale informar na hora da reserva.

Rustig verblijf op top locatie dichtbij strand en centrum
Pros:

De locatie is echt super fijn, 5 minuten lopen van het strand en de accommodatie bevindt zich in een rustig gedeelte van Miami beach waardoor je niet door hebt in een deel van het centrum te zitten. Het personeel was echt mega behulpzaam en proactief, daarnaast was geen vraag te veel/te moeilijk en werd er goed meegedacht voor eventuele oplossingen (zoals late check-out). Ook de complimentary beach equipment zoals handdoeken, parasol en strandstoeltjes waren ontzettend fijn!

Cons:

Ietwat weinig daglicht omdat pal ernaast een ander gebouw staat. De kamer zelf is prima, wellicht wat aan de kleine kant. Ook zit er een heel irritant lampje onder de plank boven de koelkast, die ook ‘s nachts automatisch aangaat als er iemand langsloopt. Wij hebben dat ‘verholpen’ door handdoeken ervoor te hangen 😅

Great, especially for short stays.
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and the location is very convenient to the beach.
Rooms have refrigerators and hair dryer.
I appreciated how I could stow my luggage at checkout for a few hours.

Cons:

This is a nice boutique property with self checkin instructions provided.
Front desk is staffed during regular business hours.
Staff is responsive as needed.
The Julia Hotel does not have an elevator.
Rooms have a/c. Decor is minimalistic.
Recommend complimentary water in room or availability to purchase.

Pros:

La posizione ottima vicino a Ocean Road, a 150 metri dalla spiaggia e da non sottovalutare la presenza a 100 metri di un supermercato dove acquistare qualsiasi cosa, il personale cordialissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra esigenza, un grazie speciale ad Oscar che in lingua Italiana ci ha contattati regolarmente per sapere se tutto andasse bene e se avessimo necessità di qualcosa. Bel servizio quello di mettere a disposizione I teli mare e la possibilità di cambiarli giornalmente.
La pulizia della camera va prenotata alla reception perché non viene effettuata giornalmente in automatico.
Dovessimo tornare a Miami non ci sarebbe alcun dubbio....scaeglieremmo il The Julia.

Pros:

I would say that's the best location to stay in Miami - it's between South Point park (the best location for sunset) and Ocean drive, all restaurant/cofeeshops are nearby. At the same time it is a quet and safe area. Beach is 5 minutes walk and you can take beach towels and unbrella on the reception for free. Hotel is very clean and ofcourse people on the reception are extremelly helpful and friendly.
We stayed 4 days in the hotel and aftarthat took a crouise, after the cruise they allowed us to leave a luggage in the hotel, so we coud spend few more hours on the beach waiting for our evening flight.
I would say that's probably the best option with this budget on Miami beach.

Consigliatissimo!
Pros:

Sono stato contattato più volte dal manager che, in un perfetto italiano, mi ha chiesto quali esigenze avessi e se il soggiorno stava procedendo bene. Il personale alla reception è stato altrettanto cordiale. Puoi ritirare gratuitamente sedie per la spiaggia, asciugamani e ombrelloni. Per la pulizia della stanza e il cambio degli asciugamani basta chiedere e sarà fatto. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Cute little hotel
Pros:

South of 5th Street is the place to stay in Miami Beach. The location of the hotel is perfect for that matter. It's very close to the beach. The staff were so friendly and kind.

Cons:

Our room was on the 2nd floor. There was no elevator and it was a bit difficult to carry 4 luggages to the second floor. We only stayed 2 nights therefore for us the size of the room was OK. If you stay longer, a bigger room may be more comfortable.

Nice cozy stay
Pros:

The hotel is right next to the beach and located in the Art Deco area, which is nice because I believe the Art Deco district is much more beautiful than the northern part of the beach. The staff checked on us during our stay to see if we needed anything, which was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet at night. It had everything we were looking for.

My stay was awful; no coffee in the early morning and my room was only cleaned once!

Kendimizi evimizde hissettiğimiz, keyifli ve rahat bir konaklama deneyimiydi.
Pros:

Miami seyahatimiz boyunca otelde çok keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Odalar ferah ve rahattı. Konum oldukça güzeldi; hem plaja hem de çevredeki restoran ve kafelere kolayca ulaşabildik. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Özellikle Oscar, konaklamamız boyunca bizimle yakından ilgilendi ve her zaman bir ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını sordu. Genel olarak kendimizi rahat ve iyi ağırlanmış hissettik.

Ideal para descansar y salir de nuevo a todo lo que tiene para dar south beach

La predisposición del personal, la limpieza, la tranquilidad y respeto a pesar de estar en pleno south beach! Te manejas a pie a la playa, te prestan toallas, todo excelente
