Quite clean 1 bedroom apartment in a great location; very close to beach, ocean drive, busses

I stay in south beach hotels almost everyday. I doordash. My experience met and exceeded my expectations. The location is in the exact right spot. The best part of south beach. Alejandro and Oscar were professional above the other hotels. They didn't act like they had my money and that was it. My room, with a 20 foot ceiling, made the high quality Samsung tv sound like the cathedral setting on my Samsung phone. In my room, the mission impossible movies streamed all day because the quality was so good, I didn't want to waist it on cnn. The restaurants are within 2 blocks of where the locals from south point and south of fifth eat. No homeless problem at any time of day either. I will look for this property to re-book. Highest value in the area. I know. Its my job. My name is David. Say hi when we cross paths at this hotel.

It was easy to check-in/check-out, great service that’s always there for you. The free beach chairs were nice too!

Cicha okolica, obsługa bardzo miła, czysto i przytulnie. Super lokalizacja przy plaży przy wyjściu z portu gdzie nie było tak dużo trawy morskiej jak powyżej, blisko sklep gdzie zrobią tanio super kanapki z jajecznicą, z kurczakiem, etc

Small and very well located hotel second row to Miami south beach. Checkout worked flawlessly, the staff was very attentive and made sure we were in good hands. Highly recommended!

One of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel abroad.
The best customer service and hospitality that I could ask for.
Especielly from Alessandro the operational manager, who was one of the kindest and more professional hotel operational managers that I have ever encounterd.
I want to mention the hotel manager Oscar, who was always available for any kind of request or need.
The service and flexibility of them and the reat of the staff is something special and very rare.
The rooms were nice and clean.
The location is good, close to.the beach and to Collins Ave and Washington Ave main parts.
Overall one the best hotels that I have ever been to! I will definitely come back again
