Aluguei o apartamento porque tinha uma cozinha para podermos fazer as refeições mas NÃO tinha utensílios para cozinhar. O fogão era só para decoração. Não tinha também esponja e detergente para lavar as louças. Tinha máquina de lavar mas acho um desperdício de energia e água lavar pratos, xícaras, copos, talheres para 2 pessoas, até porque não tinha o suficiente para deixar acumular e lavar todos. Mandei VÁRIOS recados, via e-mail, wattsapp e via Booking mas NÃO recebi resposta alguma da propriedade. A comunicação com responsável é PÉSSIMA, não responde nada.

Even though there was a cooktop and dishwasher, there were only a couple of dishes and no pots or pans with which to cook with. There wasn’t a place to sit and relax—only the bed or the kitchen table. The hotel erroneously charged me for the stay, even though I had already paid booking.com, but the charge was reversed after I sent them an email. That was a bit stressful, as the charge was almost 2000 Euros.

No cleaning, they only left a couple of fresh towels per day, no cleaning, not even make the bed. Left us with no toilet paper.

Location is not good or near to the center as they mentioned it needs more than 20-25 minutes to walk or by the tram , nothing is special around for this value of money

I think our room would benefit with some soft furniture to sit on.

I didn’t like that we couldn’t talk directly to anyone from the hotel so if there are any issues, you won’t reach a real human. They never answered my emails/messages and their WhatsApp is managed by AI. I received my digital key later than expected but eventually did receive it by the time check in arrived.
Though housekeeping is supposed to come daily they never came to clean (we stayed 6 nights) we only got extra towels. We had to flag the housekeeping lady when we happened to see her for things we needed (toilet paper, bedding)
The floor was carpeted and it was clear that it has not been vacuumed in a while. I would recommend bringing slippers. The bathroom did smell musty at times as it was in the basement where there is little ventilation. The shower was clogged with hair which slowed drainage until we unclogged it ourselves.
Overall it was an okay stay but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again when I return to Amsterdam.

Ponía en la descripción que cuenta con cocina, sin embargo no había ningún utensilio tipo sartén u olla, al menos para tostar el pan tampoco había tostadora. El lavaplatos no funcionaba. Escribimls en dos ocasiones al email de contacto pero no nos contestaron durante toda la estancia de 4 días, no dieron señales .

Para el elevado precio no estamos satisfecho en general , salvo que la ubicación es buena y la habitación en general es cómoda y limpia

Room was very dark, half the lights didn’t work. Bed was broken on the headboard side so you were on a slant to sleep. Shower had two choices (waterfall and handheld) but only one shower head. Door handles were falling to bits inside the room for the bathroom. We were also woken up at 11:30pm by someone drilling the lock for the room below us due to the people staying there losing the keys.

The property was not clean in the slightest. Cob webs wherever, marks all over the walls. Curtain for front window broken. Half drank bottle of wine left in fridge

The key was a little awkward because it’s on your phone, but after the 1st time was fine. Just need to make sure your phone doesn’t die.
