It was a bit confusing at the start with the key setup, as I have never experienced it before, but I have to say it is a great idea and made coming and going extremely easy and convenient. Really not a complaint though.

After check in, someone let them selves into the apartment when we were in there changing, they didn’t knock or anything. They just let themselves in the door into the apartment.

The AC was locked into heating mode with no instructions to change it, we text them and eventually they told us how to fix it.

The next day they called me saying can they come into the apartment again because we had it locked because they wanted to look at the AC.

Hair dryer didn’t work.

No ac upstairs so it was quite warm.

They don’t really respect you’re privacy in the room

It's a neo-capitalist human-free (employee-free) location. In my case, what this meant was that homeless people were banging on my window all night long. At 4 AM I went outside in my underwear to see what was the problem. It was a homeless woman in a wheelchair begging for help. I gave her the sweater off my back. Gave her water. Gave her food. And gave her a single blanket which was the owner's. I would be happy to pay for that 1 losuy blanket as it wasn't mine but they want 250€ for it and are threatening to report me to the police! The owner is a monster. It's not possible to sleep with homeless banging on your window all night. They see this incident as an opportunity to pick my pocket and blackmail me for more money money money. It's a 20€ blanket. I would have been fine with replacing it. This should never have happened in the first place. The place was "nice" though I guess. Internet doesn't reach the living room. Had to use my own mobile hot spot the entire time. Horrible experience.

Nu am putut face check-in ul la timp pentru ca nu am primit cheia digitală, am stat în fața hotelului mai bine de o oră și pe hol încă jumătate pentru ca nu am reusit sa luăm legătură telefonic cu recepția,am sunat de mai bine de 10 ori, am scris mailuri, mesaje, nici un răspuns. Abia intr un târziu ne au răspuns la telefon, dezamăgitor!Mai pe larg pentru a intra primesti pe mail o cheie digitală, care în cazul nostru scria eroare. Totul se face de pe telefon, ce se întâmplă dacă nu ai internet activ? Va spun eu stati la usa!

The two single beds at different hights put together was very very uncomfortable.

Domestic staff was very attentive and professional, but not all amenities stated where provided.

Le nettoyage laisse a désirer, la kitchenette sert a rien car il n'y a rien pour cuisiner . Je trouve le prix exagéré par rapport a la qualité de la chambre .

Check-in complesso: nessuna informazione ricevuta e tre messaggi ignorati il giorno del check-in. Solo dopo aver suonato il campanello quattro volte all'arrivo mi hanno inviato le indicazioni.
Nessuna reception significa anche nessun deposito bagagli per il giorno di partenza, scomodo per chi ha un volo serale.

The "apartament" is in fact a tiny room, not even close to the pictures. "King size bed" has two single mattresses, which totally sucks for a couple. But the worst part was that around 3am a homeless person somehow got into the hotel building and kept knocking at our room's door from the corridor and talking, preventing our sleep, and making us feel unsafe and uncomfortable.
