Nice hotel, terrible room.
Pros:

Very good breakfast with real barista coffee.

Cons:

The room layout was horrific. Who wants a glassed shower, connected to a toilet, next to the bed, and a separate sink in the other end of the room?

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Wien mit schönen Geschäften und freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, U-Bahnstation 100 m, Schiffanlegestelle 120 m, Kernbereich 400 m, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen.
Das Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und die Angestellten waren allesamt sehr nett und entgegenkommend, was man in Deutschland nicht überall behaupten kann.
Gesamteindruck sehr zufrieden.
Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Amadea, Niko und Nipun, die sehr freundlich, nett und fleißig waren, deshalb ein extra Lob an diese netten jungen Leute, war sehr beeindruckt von ihnen.

Cons:

Im Zimmer ist der eingebaute Schrank zu klein, er hätte größer sein können.

Great value, clean, unique hotel in an excellent location. We would happily stay here again.
Pros:

Clean, modern hotel with interesting décor in a fantastic location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was an excellent base for exploring Vienna.

Cons:

The entrance could be improved, as it is easy to miss and not very welcoming from the street. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.
