it was good, booking sent an invalid card which messed up some charges and had to change plans for the day.

It was good as expected.

Cons:

Booking sent an invalid card to this hotel were staying, and the staff was asking me to pay again. now I explained that Ive already paid with booking, and after a while they did see that I did. so they told me I was only going to get charged the deposit of 100$ for incidentals, but then the next day I got charged 400$ without my consent for the hotel. I had to uber back to the hotel from the mall and ask them again why, and we had to wait for the manager to reverse it which took almost a whole week for that charge to get removed from my bank account.

Pros:

Was a terrible stay unfortunately wasn’t one good moment from the moment I stepped in there.

Cons:

For starters the ammount of downtown homeless near by as well as just the workers treating us wrong for absolutely no reason. Seemed like a terrible day to go.

Great spot! Make parking cheaper!
Pros:

It was very comfortable. Great location and lots of restaurant choices.

Cons:

The parking situation is terrible. I paid $65 yo park my car in the garage across the street from 7pm - 11am. Ridiculous.

Un bon séjour dans un hôtel très bien situé !
Pros:

Idéalement situé pour visiter la ville. Chambre calme et confortable. Bon accueil.

Cons:

Difficile de se garer autour on a donc utilisé le service voiturier (impeccable mais cher…)
