Very clean and modern facilities, there was a good vibe in the lobby and the staff were super nice and welcoming . Located in midtown so it’s very convenient to go everywhere you need to.
The location is not what it used to be, briant park is messy and dirty. It was under construction. The wifi in the hotel is not stable. The breakfast is not very fresh.
Perfect location, everything possible to reach by walking.Good brekfast with very niice staff.

The staff was excellent! The location was the best!! It was a very clean hotel with comfortable beds. Coffee machine in the room was a nice bonus. The robot butler was a big hit with our granddaughter! So close to the park with something happening almost every night. Times Square is literally a two minute walk.
When the sofa bed was extended it made getting out of the main bed difficult.
The Luma has a prime location and beautiful interior. Our room was kept spotless and we received chocolate every evening. Shout out to bartenders and front desk staff especially Adonis. We will be returning.

Comfy bed -had to pay extra for a room which didn’t face the brick wall at the back! Staff in bar & restaurant were friendly.
Although we reported 3 times that our tv wasn’t working it didn’t get fixed til the last day. And our request for a cable for the magic mirror never arrived. Shampoo etc really poor quality. Had to pay for water. Niggles but annoying for the price you pay.

Wonderful hotel that exceeded our expectations. I was really concerned about four women in one room is NYC. Not that the room was huge, but it was very well appointed and obviously well thought out.
Our stay at Luma was perfect. It was our son's 7th birthday and they spent the extra time/effort to help him feel special. The housekeeping staff was incredible, as was the front of the house staff. 10/10.
The stuff was very professional, and always open to help.
I have nothing that would do differently than the way they take care of their customers.
