LUMA Hotel - Times Square

Great experience and hospitality! My wife and I were guests of the hotel for a week in July.

This was an example of hospitality at the highest level, from front desk to house keeping and guest services.

Left my wallet in a taxi from JFK, management found the taxi via video, contacted the driver who returned my wallet. A very stressful event that was managed with absolute professionalism.

Great location. Right next to Times Square and lots of places to eat at. Also great service. They were able to get us a taxi to the airport for cheaper. The atmosphere was good, rooms were clean and nice, and very good value. Staff was very nice

Everything was absolutely amazing from the room and comfortable the staff did extremely everything to satisfy us and solve issues quick the location is perfect not on time square itself but few block away next to bryant park so you had 5 minutes walk to the center but still enjoys a quiet hotel. Breakfast was phenomenal with the management of wonderful Ron who fulfilled every request as daughter needs gluten free meals so she got specials treat.

Wonerful stay at a beautiful hotel in midtown. I was very impressed with the hotel staff from the very friendly doormen to the Concierge and Desk. They were always friendly and helpful. We booked a room on the Plaza, and it was very comfortable and quiet. The room was well-stocked with towels and toiletries every day and the housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. We enjoyed the pizza and breakfasts in the Aperi Bar.

Everything went perfectly during my visit. Check-in was quick, the room was spotless, and the atmosphere was peaceful. The service was consistently excellent.

- Friendly staff: From the front desk to the door staff and service team, everyone was extremely supportive, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Their attitude made the stay feel welcoming.
- Daily housekeeping: Rooms were serviced every day, and the washrooms were kept clean throughout.
- Comfortable stay: Although the room was a bit small for our family, it worked well since we spent most of the day out and only came back to sleep at night. Beds were comfortable, and everything functioned smoothly.
- Kids’ delight: The hotel’s robot that delivered amenities to the room was a highlight — our kids enjoyed it a lot.

Overall, it was a comfortable, hassle‑free stay with no issues at all. The combination of location, cleanliness, and exceptionally friendly staff made it a memorable experience. Highly recommended for families visiting New York City.

Tout était parfait, plein centre de manhattan et dans une rue peu fréquentée près de Bryant Park et de tout, la chambre spacieuse avec petit canapé et une vue agréable, le petit déjeuner complet servi dans de la vraie vaisselle de qualité (rare à new york) et enfin pas d'attente pour les ascenseurs ni pour le petit déjeuner.
Réception accueillante et avec toujours un mot de bienvenue ou de bonne journée lorsqu'on rentre ou sort de l'établissement. bref tout était très bien! à refaire ;-)

My stay at Lumas Hotel NYC was excellent, thanks in large part to Alyssa at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was more than wonderful — welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. She handled everything with such grace and professionalism that it immediately set the tone for a great visit. It’s rare to find someone who elevates the entire experience, but Alyssa absolutely did. Highly recommend this hotel, and especially her outstanding service. Nice, clean and modern room

L’équipe est parfaite. Pro et très sympathique.
L’emplacement est parfait : à côté de Times square et de plusieurs lignes de métro et en face d Bryant Park.
Les chambres sont confortables et tout est très propre.
Seul petit bémol, le petit déjeuner manque de variété mais le responsable de la salle fait oublier ce petit moins tellement il est sympathique et chaleureux.
C’est vraiment un super hôtel. Merci à tous.
