Guest Reviews
Everything was perfect.
Bar prices where expensive so it wasn't used by guests.
Nice pool area but there was no Wifi around the pool.
Breakfast was great, rooms were very good and modern.
Room cleaning was between 4-5pm which was very annoying as we had usually just got back to our room after the days activities when we got the knock on the door. They did eventually adjust this for us.
Staff were excellent.
Nothing
Staff were excellent. Customer service second to none and always attentive although no dedicated pool service. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh juice and coffee. Extensive variety of food with cooked eggs to order. Airy breakfast dining room. Really comfy bed and fridge in room. Well located 5 mins from centre and river. Highly recommend!
No iron available. Disappointing but otherwise a great stay. Could be a little more competitively priced.
Lovely hotel. Staff wonderful. Pool wonderful. Peaceful.
The stranded tourists from elsewhere being accommodated and taking over the sunbeds!
Lovely little hotel in charming Dalyan. The hotel is clean comfortable and stylish, whilst the staff are very kind and welcoming. The pool and garden area are beautifully kept and there are (just about!) enough loungers for everyone.
The location is quiet and a short walk from the river and town centre. All in all we had a lovely holiday - thank you so much!
Things got a bit chaotic when a whole load of additional guests turned up due to the flight disruption but the staff did their very best to ensure everyone was happy!
The location is great , the hotel
Is very clean , beds are comfortable and you get a good nights sleep and staff are lovely and friendly . Overall a great stay
Staff were extremely helpful room was cleaned
They brought other familys in who's flights were cancelled and they were very noisy and the could not or would not control them
The staff were very friendly and welcoming
Great location walking distance to town
Had a fantastic week at this hotel. All staff could not do enough for their guests. Hotel is very clean in all areas.
Pool area is lovely. Location of hotel is central.
Ideal location, Great staff , comfortable rooms
The staff were fabulous and attentive - made us feel welcome and comfortable. Hotel was spotless.
The breakfast was very limited and there was no hot menu choices but there were hot choices you could ask for.
Nice rooms
Just the breakfast a little sparse for me
