Pros:

A localização do hotel é boa, embora não ficasse próximo a linhas de ônibus que me favorecessem para meu evento. O café da manhã foi bom, mas sentimos falta de mais variedade na oferta de frutas. Fiquei satisfeito principalmente pelo fato de terem atendido minha solicitação para um checkout após o horário costumeiro, compensando o fato de que também fiz o checkin mais tarde, e mais ainda por não terem feito cobrança adicional. Assim ficou bastante justo o valor de uma diária real.

Praticidade da operação, tudo muito informatizado.

Cons:

A localização é muito perigosa a noite
principalmente.
Banheiro mofado, cheiro ruim.nas cobertas... café da manhã muito ruim e vc não sai procurar na redondezas devido a perigo da região.

Aceitável, mas considerando que é um hotel praticamente “self service”, com o valor das diárias poderia oferecer mais ao

Para 1 pessoa o tamanho do quarto é adequado, o chuveiro é bom também, bastante água e quente. Cama confortável.

Cons:

Limpeza muito deficiente, até as paredes estavam sujas, pareciam marcas de mãos. Aspecto feio e velho do cobertor que estava na cama, quando pedi outro, porque estava frio, me deram um edredom limpo. Lençol de cima e fronhas sem cheiro de limpo. Os corredores com um carpete que estava imundo, cheio do que pareciam ser farelos e outras sujeiras. O restaurante no térreo também mal cuidado, mesas com sujeira. De um modo geral a limpeza deixou muito a desejar.
