Tren istasyonu ulaşım açısından tercihimiz idi otel temizliği ve personel ilgisi gayet güzel tek eksik odalarda buzdolabı olmaması ve klima sisteminin biraz gürültülü çalışması kaldığımız odada anlam veremediğim bir koku vardı yerlerin halıflex olmasından kaynaklı diye düşünüyorum ama temizlik yerinde idi. diğer oda da problem yoktu. Birde buzdolabı eklense gayet güzel olacaktı.

We arrived to Vienna on a train from Prague, so having the hotel literally next door to the Vienna main train station was a great plus. Also, this made our use of Vienna's excellent subway system a peace of cake. Same goes for taking the train to the airport. The breakfast was excellent and they even had vegetarian options- Poke bowls, etc.. Rooms were large. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with the Air conditioner and the technician promptly came in and did his best. They also had a cold water dispenser and a coffee machine in the lobby for 24 hour use.
The AC in our room in general was not adequate. Maybe it was just the heat wave with temperatures near 35 degrees Celsius.

The hotel was very clean and in an excellent location, directly opposite the train station and very close to the tram stop. Our room overlooked the square, offering a nice view and pleasant surroundings.
The breakfast was very rich and varied, with the buffet constantly replenished. The breakfast staff were also very friendly and helpful, especially Zoe, who made a very positive impression on us.
During the heatwave, it was especially nice that cold water was always available for free in the lobby, along with coffee and tea.
We also found the umbrella rental service very useful. It helped both for protection from the strong sun and in case of rain, which was forecast at one point during our stay.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we would happily stay here again.
A few aspects of the room could be improved. The wardrobe was quite small and consisted only of open shelves, which did not provide a fully protected space for our clothes. Additionally, there was no in-room safe available. We would also have appreciated the presence of a mini fridge in the room to keep our drinks cool during the heatwave days of our stay.
