Pros:

Localização com metrô perto que facilita o acesso aos principais pontos do Rio: Centro, Zona Sul, Sapucaí, Maracanã... Também possui estacionamento ao lado. A equipe foi atenciosa no atendimento e o quarto tem bom custo-benefício.

Cons:

Durante a noite a região fica um pouco vazia, mas é tranquilo pra sair e chegar de carro/ táxi/ uber.
